Always found staff to be friendly and helpful. Very regular customers seeing the same staff and have always found them friendly. Shame some customers treat them poorly and act entitled and rude even when issues are beyond staff on duties ability to solve immediately

Excellent large superstore on 2 floors with lift & escalator. Extensive clothing & food product range. Also a good cafe for all day breakfast or snacks.

The store is always well kept and tidy, and the staff are always friendly and happy to help when asked queries. Overall, being the largest supermarket in the area, there is always a healthy variety of stock to choose from, including sweet treats, cereals and other goods. I am happy with the service I have always received in the store, and the movement of electronic items downstairs has made the overall experience of shopping far easier. The one criticism I would make is that the upstairs area closes too early, it would be better to have it open and available for browsing up to 11pm instead.

Would like to say a big thank you to Paige who works in the photo booth in your store. Paige was very helpful, patient and gave honest advise on a photo we were having enlarged. We were very pleased with our purchase. A credit to your company.

Only used the Café upstairs (accessible by moving ramp) where had excellent service, used the toilets, were clean, and could also charge my phone while having lunch. A very welcomed stop on a long car journey.

Service is always helpful , a lot of products to choose from. I like it because it is open till 23:00 so I can go shopping after late work shift , there is a big car park , so it is plenty of space, petrol station nearby. Tesco offers breakfast at first floor.

What an amazing experience at this store visited lunch time today and I needed to change my sons nappy and I also needed to use the bathroom but customer facilities where shut due to faults when my partner asked security is there anywhere else we could go the very kind man took us to staff toilets and let us use they’re facilities there were other members of staff also waiting to use them but let us go first we can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond for us you could have turned us away quiet easily you helped us hugely and helped keep my son entertained throughout your store fantastic efforts

Great friendly staff and great place to shop

I shop here just for the pizza bar. Design your own pizza. It's very cheap and better than any pizza out of a box and even better than a take away one!

I always enjoy shopping here even when it's busy. Always find something especially upstairs in the home department. A little disappointed with the kids clothing section as I needed to get some uniform and there's nothing available.

Shopping yesterday the store was very busy indeed. The staff were managing admirably but one shelf stacker called Ian was exceptionally helpful. I must have asked him where I could locate items about 8 times. he was kind and knew exactly where I could find what I needed. Thank you.

Great service from one Tesco employee who allowed me to purchase a DIY item from the closed section of the store. It was a bit of an emergency and am very grateful for the kindness and understanding shown.

I would like to say a big thank you to Tesco staff especially Harry. Unfortunately that's all I know about him.
On Thursday evening the night of our big freeze and snow Harry and his father supplied hot coffee and a tow up the hill, they even cleared the road of stranded buses. It's people like this that deserve recognition they have my praise as I would never of got home without there help. I expect a lot of other stranded cars and van drivers would like to thank them.
