What a fabulous shop! Gone are the days when I loved clothes shopping but it was like walking into a wonderland of beautiful things that were well made, reasonably priced and really stylish. The owner was so helpful and I can't wait to come back!

Lovely store, beautiful colours of the rainbow. Bought a lovely cardigan in the sale couple weeks ago, so cosy. Staff so helpful and you sure of a very warm welcome.

A great shop in a lovely village. Family are warm and very welcoming. I make a beeline every time I visit my sister. I live in Scotland now.....

Brilliant customer service from Rags! I bought a skirt whilst visiting a friend in Stony Stratford and a month later, decided I wanted another in a different colour. I messaged the shop and Sara got back to me immediately saying they had it in stock still. Made payment over the phone and was posted to me directly.

The ladies were so helpful, nothing to much trouble. I'm so pleased with my purchases and all in one shop. Will return for certain.

Had a wonderful trip here yesterday and got some lovely bargains. I live in Kent but come up to visit friends 2 or 3 times a year and always pop into my favourite shop Rags. Lovely people.

Wonderful customer service! The owner goes over and above to help you and always does what she says she's going to do. The clothes I ordered were really good quality and just as described. Very happy customer. Just a fab experience all round.

I love this shop, such a range of great clothes, and very friendly service. I normally visit the store, and spend way more than I can afford because there's so many items to choose, so I thought I'd play safe and order online with a gift voucher. I chose to collect, and items were ready almost straight away. Great quality, matched the description on website perfectly. Thank you Rags!!!

I love this shop! So many beautiful and unique things and Sarah has such an eye for what suits everyone. I love the personal service that she gives, making each customer feel special. Such a breath of fresh air in this world of chainstores. If you've never shopped here you don't know what you're missing. Can highly recommend.

I wanted to update my wardrobe and found out that Rags offer appointments which I took advantage of. I spent an hour there with my youngest daughter and came out with a good range of items. Sarah was brilliant as she made me feel so welcome but not pressurised. Being a women of a certain age and not usually comfortable trying on new clothes, I was not sure how the appointment would go but I have to say that it was brilliant. A great place and I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic shop !!! I started shopping here last year ....I filled my wardrobe with amazing linen tops and magic trousers.
I will be going to visit again soon for some warmer autumn/winter pieces.

I found Rags last year. I didnt realise the reason I didnt particularly like my clothes or feel confident was becuase I was shopping in the wrong stores. Now I only shop at Rags, everything is so unique, and so many great things to chose from and good prices! Finally I have my mojo back and actually look forward to picking out my clothes for the following day. I now have 4 pairs of trousers, 8 dresses, 1 jacket, 4 tops and 1 jump suit !! :)

An absolute gem of a shop. Sarah is incredibly helpful, and she really helped me decide on what to buy. Everyone there is super friendly, and I really appreciated their help. Their clothing is great quality and great value, and the shopping experience is second to none

My daughter and I visited yesterday and bought 3 dresses. Such lovely, high quality clothes, and the customer service is charming and first class. We should all support these fabulous independent shops, where possible.

Love my Adini and Made In Italy tops I ordered online, awesome value and quality. They feel great to wear! Website is easy to use and delivery quick (I live local). Like the ‘chat with us’ button, leave your message and email and they respond, nothing is too much trouble. Great personal service from this friendly independent shop. I also bought gift vouchers online for my mum who enjoyed spending them in their shop, between lockdowns, you can use them online and instore. Amazing choice of colours and sizes for different ages. Their videos and posts on Facebook are fun to watch and always have new styles coming in.

This shop is a little goldmine on the high street, providing something interesting, affordable and unique in the way of fashion and accessories. One look at the shop layout is automatically pleasing to the eye, with a wealth of colours and styles from which to choose.

Sadly many of us have not been able to view the layout for quite some time but there has been a successful transition to an online shop enabling us to continue to view and purchase and customers can be kept up to date by email on the latest goodies to arrive.

I have to congratulate Sarah, in particular, for her brave but necessary step in going online and it's been lovely to see her gaining in confidence in her interesting video presentations - Sarah you've relaxed into this role of presenter and model marvellously and you and your Dad make a lovely comic duo and have carved out your place on Facebook.

I've ordered several things during lockdown, all have been promptly despatched for the very reasonable P&P of £1.50 and I've been delighted with them.

So well done Rags! Keep up the good work. I wish you every success in 2021 and hope this New Year will hold promise of better things for us all.
