The owner and staff are all lovely and helpful. I went in to discuss my desire to switch from tobacco to vape products, as well as explaining my current medical situation. I wasn't oversold or overcharged, and left with a great little vape that serves its purpose well.... oh and I even popped back in and they were happy to clean and change the filter and advise me on device maintenance. Most approachable and helpful vape shop I've been in.

All of the staff i have met that work there are very friendly and always look to help you, great range of the latest juice and all of the best and newest hardware. The shop looks great too. would definitely recommend!!!

I was a 15 a day smoker before going to this shop! Walked in and was greeted with a smile and excellent customer service! Explained I wanted to quit smoking and what did he recommend. He sorted me out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like some of the other shops wanted to do! He really listened to what I wanted and needed! I will not shop anywhere else now! Highly reccomend!

Been on the vape for a while now but was starting to feel like I needed to go back on to the cigarettes. I decided to visit this shop as I was informed that the staff where very helpful and might have a better solution for me.
I have to say that I was informed correctly the problem I had was with the vape I was using now I'm using a I joy diamond with a prince tank an can feel the difference I am even using a lower strength nicotine. So just wanted to say thank you for all the help.

Really knowledgeable and recommended products based on my needs and not what he wanted to sell me. Will be back, highly recommend. Parking right outside the shop which was a bonus!

Amazing staff, amazing knowledge... Helped me so much with the helping of my anxiety issue. CBD is the future. These guys no there stuff... The owners even has PHD in CBD :) Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good move vape shop no1,the same and more flavours nice and local,truthful reviews are hard to come by but trust me for stock and good service with product knowledge and more than just profit and sales with the staff I've tried 4/5 different applications in 4mths and had nothing but good advice on compatabilty for me even the cheaper models which I prefer were recommended so money'isn't always the goal but customer cares there also,nice one.

Fantastic shop, and absolutely fantastic delivery service. We're all stuck in the house self isolating and they had my order processed and delivered within the hour!
