I have visited this store twice now & both times the staff were superb. Last week I went in & the sales assistant was very friendly & knowledgeable about her products & incredibly unphased by my 4 yo old trying on blue lipstick & glittery eye-shadow! Today I went in & actually bought a couple of items & the sales assistant acknowledged all customers, even though already dealing with someone, was very positive in her approach & quick to ask her manager for clarification when unsure of an answer. My friends speak highly of this brand, so I look forward to trying it out

Recieved an appalling level of customer service today at the mk branch. I was approached and told off for opening the end of a box of highlighter. The tester on display was worn out and I wanted to show my auntie how lovely the product was. The sales assistant very rudely told me not to open the box and then continued to speak to me in a condescending manner when I tried to explain my reasoning for opening the box. My auntie shops in this branch every week and has never come across any staff member as rude as this. The assistant continued to argue the point and so we gave back our basket full of cosmetics and left the store. All of my friends and family shop in this branch but will not now visit again in the future.

I really regred that I visited this store.. I wanted to buy a presents for my mum, but in the finally i disnt bought anything because of rude staff and the store not folowing announced promotions.
