Asda Eastbourne Superstore

I really enjoy my shopping experience in Asda although I usually end up there for hours as I like to take my time when shopping.
They have a clothes section , a small cashier desk for lottery and lots of self service tills for customers to pay . I have never had to qué when paying and if I get stuck or forget what to do staff are always happy to help and guide me .
I have fibromyalgia so sometimes I get brain fog and can't remember things or where things are in store.

Come to collect my order extremely late on Sunday just before 4pm. I was very apologetic from the start but the young male staff member was very kind and understanding. Thank you for being patient at the end of your shift over the weekend.

Just returned parcel on click & collect & received great assistance from Linda. She was friendly helpful & very safety conscious re opening machine whilst I was there. You need to add a compliments box on your FAQ.

Very impressed with 2 members of staff who were very helpful. The lady at the cigarette kiosk who then went to Emma on customer service desk. We were early in store about 10am. Both these ladies were brilliant and have a lovely attitude. They must be a bonus having them on your staff. So many negative opinions lately but they were great.

Myself and my family are regular customers in asda our local supermarket.
My 16 month old had lost his comfort mickey in asda yesterday and neither myself or his dad could find it so we left it with the member of staff who was manning security at the time.
We went back in store today and it was ready waiting for us at customer services!! Thank you for taking the time to keep an eye out for it for us and my son!! Craig and all staff are soo lovely and friendly

Located on a retail park and plenty of parking. Lots of offers and deals with 'price drops'. Hot food and good cake selection.

I can always find what I am looking for at times just a little bit cheaper

One shop store..clothes for adults/children.Household items,kitchenware,groceries,drinks.Cashiers,and self check out. Cafe,toilets,Post Office,Chemist.

I've been using this Asda for a few months now and the staff in this Asda are really very helpful and friendly. The store is always kept tidy and clean, it's well laid out and had everything that I need concerning groceries. I prefer to shop here than some other larger stores nearby. It's very large, has its own petrol station, a post office, pharmacy, Tipsons key & shoe repair shop too.

Get prices and seems to have slightly different stock than other supermarkets. Love the pizza counter, so much choice.

Christmas stuff already in and their Christmas jumpers good value too.

Only down side to this particular store is you won't get signal on your mobile due to the tin roof.

Nice spacious shop with excellent facilities and a lovely cafe. Prices are better on average than other stores, and the shelves are neat, tidy and well laid out. Everything clearly priced. Nice bright interior, and even it's own radio station! What more could you want?
Have often had breakfast or lunch there and thought the food was great, the steak and ale pie especially. One girl in the café in particular, is always very helpful and friendly, and I've never seen her when she hasn't got a big smile ☺ for everyone.

Very good place to shop & the post office is very handy ,I use that alot to pay my Bill's. Asda has a large car parking area. The staff in Asda are helpful freindly, the covid 19 measures were great, all the store was cleaned regularly, when the lockdown was on , the amount of people allowed in store was well managed. I felt very safe shopping there & still do now wearing my face mask . A very nice shopping experience.

Helpful Staff and well stocked during this pandemic (I always go at 7am). My only beef being that whilst one can use Amex card it’s not accepted contactless so if you’re using Amex you have to use your pin therefore making contact with a multi use device.
However lots of sanitiser positioned around the store including at the exit so not really an issue. Well done Asda, keep up the good work 👏

The absolute star has been Thaliton for me in the cafe. This cafe has been by far the most well run and hygenically clean ASDA cafe I have yet visited ( I am 44). He constantly and thoroughly cleaned tables, made sure the coffee machine was clean and fully working, pointed out an available table to me and my two small boys, moved my tray of food from one small table to a larger one when it became available, and cleaned it promptly. He was just so nice and kind, it brightened my whole shopping experience. The ladies serving were also really helpful too. And, yes, the cutlery looked like it was checked before being put out, unlike other supermarkets I have been to. Just promote him, please!!!😊

Pleasant shop friendly staff can find what I'm looking for without and fuss .
Ample parking and plenty of access fir disabled and parents alike

Always good prices and best for quality of meat out of all the major supermarkets.

Great shop to use and 99% of the time there items are in stock, The only change that really needs making is more staff appearances in the electrical department, maybe the clothing team could help out seeing as they so close and always visible to customers waiting.

They have EVERYTHING here, it's awesome. Get yourself a snack, art supplies, a plushie and clothing at once, so efficient!
