Shelli and the staff in Banbury have always been amazingly helpful and I honestly think that although Robert Dyas is a national chain it feels like a local ironmongers shop because of the staff.
Keep up the good work guys and I would’nt buy elsewhere keep it local.💡🙏

As I walked by this shop, I espied the perfect gift for my husband in the front of the window. Went in found the item straight away, as this shop is very easy to manoeuvre, and found it was at half price. Even better. Took the item to the till, where the assistant is a very lovely lady and purchased my find. Did Robert Dyas make me smile today. TOO RIGHT YOU DID. You always have the perfect items on special offer, and not the tatt you are trying to get rid off, as others do.... Thank you Robert Dyas in Banbury.

I bought a shopping trolley on line to be delivered to the Banbury store for my mother to collect so that she could use for her shopping that day.

It is one of the best shops in Banbury for electricity goods. You can almost find enething you won't for the house and at a very low price..
And the staff are very helpful and friendly If thay haven't got it thay will order it for you.

A perfect stop for hardware requirements not found in other stores.

Always friendly and give good service

One of the last traditional hardware shops available locally. If this goes we'll be limited to browsing the special-purchase aisles of Lidl's or Aldi's! or else going to out-of-town superstores. The staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Use this store regularly, mainly for the collection of online orders.
Shop is well stocked and regularly holds sales of household goods so there are some good deals.
Online collection isn’t as easy as other retailers as you must have photo ID and show a copy of the confirmation email. Make sure that you check the items in store before you leave as I’ve had mistakes which are harder to resolve afterwards.
Staff haven’t been the most friendly/helpful on my visits and considering it is normally during quiet periods it has been a disappointing customer experience.

As always, you have to search for stock but once you've found it and gone to pay, you're offered stuff stacked in front of the till which has absolutely no relevance to what you've just bought.
Pleasant staff, obviously just doing what they're told to do.

Terrible in store customer service, good luck trying to return anything!
