Asda Darlington Neasham Road Supermarket

Very impressed with the store and level of customer service as my first visit to the store as I had a small trolley and 3 carrier bags and shopping I was going to use the self scan checkouts a very polite and helpful colleague opened the main checkout for my shopping brilliant service

I shopped here recently and wanted to use my first coupon on the ASDA Rewards app. Staff on self scan, I didn’t get their name but they had bright coloured hair, happily helped me to use the app and scan my coupon for money off my shop. She made the experience less stressful and it was lovely to see such a smiley staff member who was willing to help! Very happy customer will be shopping here again!

Shelves are always very well stocked with staff on hand for any questions or queries. Sleep checkouts are great could do with more thay are cash and card mind as not everyone uses card

For amazing staff and help they give, they are pleasing and keep a smile on their faces in a difficult time.
However management need to protect staff and customers more , some customers are passing even body touch and they are not following Government and management rules. I became stressed as a customer pushed passed me another had her trolley in my back. It's not acceptable especially for your wonderful staff who go over and beyond.

Great place for your daily and weekly shop

Staff are friendly and chatty. Excellent range of products considering the size of the store. Some of the items might seem like they're hiding, but I'm pretty sure that's a corporate thing as staff are all too eager to help you out. Recently, there appears to be a bit of randomness going on with the pricing, but I guess that's the marketplace and competition for you.

Great place to shop always full and tidy and staff very friendly, and always willing to help. Great layout and could easily do full weekly shop here. Conviently located next to train station.

Easy to find products, reasonable prices and friendly staff

Staff are brilliant, I use it most days. If it was up to me they would have effective PPE but that would cut into Asda's profits. Funny old world.

Friendly staff who are always busy. Never kept waiting at tills, never crowded due to the efficient running of the supermarket - favourite supermarket !!

Cheap, never too crowded, and staff are always friendly and helpful. A great local supermarket!

Few empty shelves but still plenty of choice. May benefit of opening later on a sunday to as a convenience store like maybe 6pm.
