When l was last in the shop l bought a small can of WD40 but by the time l got home l had lost the little straw. So when l was in the shop this time l had a look to see if there were any loose ones but there weren't so l ask the manager who had a look also for loose ones but to no avail. She then went out to the office and not finding any gave me their one. Can't get much better service than that. They went the extra mile. Thank you.
