Good..quiet...lots of space....not much fish ( we could almost jump in the sea from the car park !)....too much alcohol...(maybe a fish substitute ?)...expensive flowers...very good knowledgable staff...9 out of 100

The service I received today was acceptional... I needed Golden Marzipan, it had come in and quickly sold out , but one particular member of staff looked out "the back ", found some and ran out to catch me driving out of the car park ...above and beyond...exceptional staff ..Merry Christmas..!!..

Love Waitrose. OK, it isn't cheap, but I think it provides excellent value for money. The people who work here are really friendly and helpful too!

A very nice waitrose to shop in! Looks new and big but not too overwhelmingly big. Also friendly partners too. Passed by whilst visiting Norfolk from down south.

Waitrose has its business model just right, the staff are polite and very helpful. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. It's not cheap but you don't go to the Ritz for afternoon tea if you want to spend the same as you'd pay at Fred's cafe. The choice of wines is amazing and a offer is free if you are a card member.

Don’t normally write reviews, but all the staff here so helpful and friendly today that I wanted to do so. They turned the Big Christmas Shop into a pleasure - something I wouldn’t previously have thought possible. The lovely man on the fish counter deserves a special shout out. Plus the shelves were super well stocked. Thank you, Waitrose!

A relatively quieter shopping experience (depending on the time you go) for good quality food. Easy parking!!

To save queuing, I use the Scan and Go app on my phone and pay at the self scan checkouts.

Back again this year and have to point out how much the staff training is evident. Very courteous and extremely helpful when asked for assistance. You can see the difference in quality. Great place.

Quality and lots of choice, wine is very good very helpful member of staff to help if necessary, all round good shopping experience.

Good place to get something different.However, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended. Good shopping experience polite staff. Fruit and veg very fresh. Always easy to park.

Friendly and helpful staff and a lot of fantastic wine in one spot...try the tomahawk steak, highly recommend for a fantastic bbq treat!

It's my favourite shop for essentials grocery shopping. Always fresh vegetables and fruits, good quality of raw meat/ fish. Very friendly staff. Shop is always nice and tidy.

What a lovely experience I had in Waitrose yesterday. Having been involved in an RTA on Saturday, I thought I would pop in and treat myself to a few things to cheer myself up. Met a fantastic member of staff, who was so lovely and chatty, we got talking about t shorts, being vegan, looking after animals and all things ethical. What a lovely soul, very kind, caring, open and just downright lovely,. Waitrose, you are very very lucky to have such lovely people working with you, this young lady absolutely made my day and cheered me up no end. Huge thanks, absolutely wonderful

Lots of staff and lots of checkouts manned. 2 days before Xmas and all went smoothly. Yes some items can be a little more expensive but overall experience is much more stress free than other supermarkets at this time of year.

Easy to find items, well laid out store. Plenty of choice, even Christmas items are in store! Prices are good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would be happy to shop here again.

All my products were in stock. No waiting at the till. Very helpful and courteous to staff.
