Big thanks to Giada who works at Chanel parfume area she is amazing and very skilled at her job she found what i was looking by just smelling piece of paper so she passed the test I guess :) can only recommend she can help you and knows how to get the best price by choosing right size ml and value for money

I bought so many things in here. Also, really friendly and helpful staff!

Take some sweets here before our flight back. There are couple of specialties that you can have here. You can pay with credit card, but before you need to scan your boarding pass. We were also asked (after scanning) the destination airport as well (I do not know if this is for all boarding passes, or depending on the destination airport).

I recently visited the duty-free at Stansted airport and had the pleasure of being assisted by Roxana. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect perfume, despite my indecisiveness. Roxana was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and her excellent customer service made my shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. I highly recommend this duty-free store, and specifically Roxana, for anyone looking for exceptional service and a great shopping experience.

Dionne and Annie…. What can I say… After a hectic and nerve filled morning I made my way through Stansted feeling unsure about how the day would go. When suddenly I noticed Dionnes angelic smile from the crowds, she instantly greeted me with a warm welcome and personally picked out products from around the store which catered to my list of requirements, the manner in which I was shown around the store was very professional and pleasant. Dionne managed to be so kind to help me sign up for the company app which gave me an amazing 5% off my purchase! Which I was delighted with. With the help of her professional and in-depth knowledge of the company stock I came out far more products than intended on purchasing!, which is a sign of an amazing sales representative. When checking out I also had the pleasure of speaking to her lovely college Annie, who thanked me for shopping at the store and send me off with a big smile on my face. These two staff members turned my day around completely and made my experience shopping at World Duty Free a ‘one in a million customer experience’.

Everyone I have met has been very helpful and friendly! Carol was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find a perfume for my mother as a gift! Fantastic service!

Didn’t have a plan to get a watch. But something caught my eyes and also the staff named: Koray Gungor was very helpful addressing my questions and making me pick from the available seikos they had. Very happy with the service and the watch.

Koray at the sunglasses section in Stansted Duty Free was extremely helpful and friendly: he took time to help us and give us advice on what we asked, and we really appreciated his care and consideration.

Large duty free section with lots of micro stores within. Good range of products and "some" of the items for sale are cheaper than what you can get normally but to be honest the rest are either the same or even slightly more than you would pay on the high street.

Friendly staff and great selection! At least they have splendit of my fav parfum KENZO. Not always easy to find. Amsterdam airport, which is much larger then Stensled has a very limited assortiment of Kenzo parfums.

Not big as the others airports but still good selection of products.
