Been in today to sort out my son's iphone. John dealt with us and was patient, professional and helpful. Fantastic customer service enabled us overcome some initial problems. All in all a very satisfactory experience so 5 stars!

Staff are lovely Amy helped me to find my ideal phone at a price that I was happy with. I also found out I could get discount on a second line so bagged an amazing deal on a iPad as well.. worked out well as I was thinking getting one anyhow.

A good experience at O2 shop in Leamington Spa. Whenever I have found a problem with my mobile phone, I know that I will get help, good advice and leave the shop satisfied.
The current O2 Guru did not let me down, was warm and friendly and soon solved my problem.
