Tesco Express

Visited yesterday as I needed new mobile urgently. There was two ladies in Tesco mobile and really had a good advice, good conversation and they helped me with new phone. Honestly I couldn't ask for more. They went above and beyond to help me being back on the road as I use it for work. I highly recommend them if you need help with your mobile phone.

Huge thank you to Danny in the Tesco Mobile part of the store. Extremely patient, highly professional and really knows his stuff! Answered all our questions on my Android dual Sim phone phone and helped enormously.

Much better now the one way arrows have been removed you can whizz around double quick and get your shopping and back out in no time, whereas before it took longer as you had to follow the arrows with this antisocial distancing we have at the moment. Staff do a sterling job in these "unprecedented times " !.

on tuesday the 5th of january at around 6am i was walking into town to do some shopping when a stranger started following me and talking to me and insisted on going home with me. i was already planning on going to tescos, and so when i did, i went about my shopping and when i was done i ran down a couple of aisles to escape him and try to get some help from a staff member. i spoke to 2 very lovely women who helped me by calling security which spooked the man who was following me and got security to walk me to the top of the parade. i am very thankful for them as i could've been assaulted or worse that morning. i cannot express how terrified i was, and how secure the staff who helped me made me feel. thank you so much <3

Tesco Metro has a wide range of items now at affordable prices. Always a good bargain to get on reduced counters. Good selection of cooked meats and cheeses, also vegetables are always fresh. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Young matt on the till was amazing, beautiful hair and face, amazing customer service, made me feel so special. With all this bad in the world, matt is the guy to make it better🤍

Came in again for some loo role and soothers, matt on self service again looking fantastic, his cheeky smile makes everyone happy, i cant wait to come in again so so soon

I'm disabled and really struggle to do my shopping, I always go to tesco's in leamington spa on the parade for 2 reasons, 1} easy to go to on my mobility scooter & 2} the staff are so helpful.

I went there today and was really struggling due to being in loads of pain, as usual I balanced basket on the arm of my scooter and believe me I was really struggling then a lady staff member came up to me and very kindly took my heavy basket from me and said she would put it by the till and offered to help me with the rest of my shopping but not wanting to take up her time i declined her help so she gave me another basket and said the rest of my shopping would be by the tills for me. When I got to the till my shopping was put on the conveyor belt by a another kind staff member then packed it for me & helped load it onto my scooter by yet another kind staff member. I was having a extremely bad day and the kindness the staff at tescos showed me was above & beyond there duties i'm sure. Don't get me wrong this wasn't the first time this has happened, if there was a reward for the best customer service in a supermarket then Tesco's in Leamington on the parade would win. Thank you to all the staff who are always polite and always willing to help

Decent little tesco. Good selection of stock. Adequate parking. Great locality within easy walking distance of much of the chapel fields and Ailsley area. Would recommend.

Great convenience store for all your groceries. Very friendly and professional staff to assist you.

I always find the staff really helpful it's clean and the tills are always quick to go through always a pleasure to shop there

Great Tesco It always has everything you could ever want, It's especially good if you just need to pop in and buy all of your ingredients for your evening meal! .

Nice little Tesco. Plenty of options. Good offers and deals regularly changing. Lots of tills to speed through the many customers.

The self-serve tills are quite fast, even on busy days.

Easy to find things,not busy so we were in and out.

ASDAs sandwich selection is poor compared to Tesco's. Tesco staff are on job and helpful.
