Majestic Wine

Popped in to pick up a couple of bottles of red (a Rioja and something from Majestic's Parcel series) and was in a bit of a hurry because we had our puppy with us. The colleague who served us couldn't have been more helpful, immediately finding the exact bottles we were looking for and explaining how to get the best price (with their Mix Six deal). The colleague, who's name I didn't catch, helped us sign up for a membership and even let our puppy come in and say hello. It was just brilliant customer service and we'll definitely be back because of it.

Exceptional service and knowledge. On a rainy Coronation morning went in looking for a Sancerre. We were met by Mike who spent time with us, listening to our preferences and recommending wines to try. This was by far the best shopping experience I have had in years, shopping for anything. I hope the wines are as good as the experience of buying them. 7 waiting and 1 in the fridge :)

Decided to pop in as we were walking by and so glad we did.
We were greeted by a lad called Mike and he was just simply amazing.
He knew everything, he helped me out a few bottles of red and my husband with a white wine .
He made what I was looking for easier and helped me understand the regions for French red. He is without doubt an asset to the place thank you so much .

FANTASTIC! Ordered our wedding wine from here. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They really took the time to explain the wines to us and made fantastic recommendations. We need our wine delivered at quite a specific time and they've even changed their delivery schedule around to ensure this can happen. Massive thank you to the very lovely Nina and Abi. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they offer goods on sale or return, glass loan and free delivery if you're planning a big party. I used them to supply all the drinks and glassware for my wife's 50th birthday party and they were brilliant! Happy to recommend them.

Never used Majestic Wine before and I was planning my 50th party - so i had to get this right. I arranged a meeting with Patch and went over. He was fantastic and talked every aspect through with us - even recommending a white wine which has ALMOST converted me from Red.

Absolutely lovely staff and the re-brand is intriguing and makes shopping there an interactive and fun experience. Might be good for the white wines available for tasting to be kept colder but prices are fair and selection and range is good.
