Went in as I had problem getting simcard to connect in new phone. Jamie sorted it out straight away. Very friendly, complimented me on switching apps etc over from old phone. Didn't make me feel daft because of a simple mistake. Excellent customer service.

Was just passing. But thought i would give it a go. Very friendly staff. I was dealt with quickly and advised in a professional manner. Sam the Manager was excellant throughout. I was advised of the no returns policy. As some have stated they were nt. Would highly recommend. Will use again.

Went in after an awful customer service experience over the phone fully prepared to Cancel. Jordan and Ste both made me feel very welcome and went out of their way to help! I have ended up not only staying with EE but taking out an new contract instead of a sim only and I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

About Rotherham
Town in England

Rotherham is a minster town in South Yorkshire, England. It is the largest settlement in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham. Rotherham is named after the River Rother, one of two major rivers to flow through the town. Before the Industrial Revolution, traditional industries included farming, glass making and flour milling. In the late 18th and 19th centuries, Rotherham became known for its coal mining and, later, steel industries. The town's historic county is Yorkshire, and Rotherham once formed part of the West Riding of Yorkshire administrative county. In 1974, this administrative county was abolished during a reorganisation of local government. Subsequently, Rotherham became part of the county of South Yorkshire, where it makes up one of four metropolitan boroughs. The town had a population of 109,691 in the 2011 census.
