Morrisons Daily

I do shop round on a daily basis from here. It used to be called Mccoll but they went up in business and changed the name. The freezing cabinets have been upgraded with the floor being changed as well to new.
All the produce are good for groceries Nd fresh, so they are available at you convince if and where you are for local use as well. When your a little short on Money the locals are very friendly and look out for you, so daily bread or whatever you wish to pick up from your essential daily shopping is available here.
There is also toiletries and pet food cat and dog.
There is also a post office located inside so you do not to make a trip to the main post office and this is very handy of this convenience area shop.
The customer services are always up to scratch and you would not expect it but I rate them 5 star services.
So, very well done and the products again are quality and durability from this review just waiting for things to get even better.

I went to Mccoll’s at 2:55pm on a Sunday afternoon to use the post office which closes at 3pm. I’d had a bad experience with the post office in Crawley town centre and was feeling a little stressed out.
Alisha was fantastic. She was helpful, informative and friendly. She helped me get my parcel sent with 2 minutes to go before it closed.
I go into Mccoll’s often and I’ve always had positive experiences. On Sunday Alisha went above and beyond for me and it deserved recognising.

I love going to this store as the staff are very friendly and value the regular customer's always very happy and cheerful i would highly recommend visiting this store

This is my local store. Very well presented and staff are always friendly and welcomeing. Keep up the good work.

Staff friendly and nice. Has the essentials that you may need in relation to groceries home products also good for cards and papers etc.
Some items may seem over priced but not unreasonable other items are priced fairly. Atm outside the store. Ice creams cold drinks available. Parking nearby. Ideal store to pick up the odds and bobs. Probably not gest for a main shop so it suits it's needs.

Its ok a little untidiness staff not very friendly ok for a quick pickup for something you forgotten

I’m guessing there are a particular bunch of people on shift that just don’t work as despite the store being open, delivery orders are just cancelled within a minute without fail. Probably locked the doors and just sitting around as norm, taking it in turns to push cancel so they can finish their cigs.

This shop just gets worse and worse. Middle of the afternoon and they are shut. It's 1615 at the moment and they have been closed for the last two hours. No sign on the door giving a reason. There are staff on site. Just not open. Unbelievable.

Never had this trouble with mccolls.

You will normally find the staff here all sitting on the bench outside smoking while there is a queue of 10 waiting! 😂 Avoid unless no choice!

Staff smoking outside the front doors, is not a good look. Some of the staff are nice but some seem to have formed a gang culture and are abusive to people that they don't like.
It could be a really good store if only mcColls management would take peoples complaints seriously and discipline their staff in the correct manner.

Staff lack customer service skills
Never a warm greeting , seem to think they are doing the customer a favour being there
Do not challenge customers for not wearing a mask. Profit before health
Self's often empty excuse awaiting a delivery ???

Quite rude and unhelpful staff Don't use it at all for Royal mail or Amazon pick up they deserve a 0 star rating
