Went to buy some facial creams and needed some advice. The store was well stocked and the staff very helpful,the lady that helped was Amy she was very polite and efficient.

Such discreet, friendly and knowledgable staff. Really thoughtful and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough in terms of the pharmacy side of things which is the service I used. No hesitation in going back there.

A superb pharmacy in every way. What more could you wish for,probably the best in the Kings Lynn area by a mile !.

Boots Hardwick is great for me as I live close by. Good range of stock and offers but not over crowded. Staff are helpful but sometimes could do with more on the shop floor. As I have lost my sense of smell I had to rely on the no7 young lady to describe the smell of the perfume to enable me to choose. Very helpful. Good layout to the store and always tidy.

Went into the store yesterday and was amazed at how nice and helpful the staff was particularly Lauren and Mike Hacket the pharmacist. Great service it reminded of how stores used to be helpful and polite. Well done Hardwick store!

Click and collect works fantastically well. Made an online order and within 3 days collected the order from the Hardwick store. Friendly staff willing to go above and beyond. Well done.

Got the Blister prevention tape I wanted for my daughter.
Bit expensive to buy £9.99 for 30 precut heel strips but worth it, really helps. Car Parking out front, and can get van in too. Can't get it in my local small Boots.
