Argos Torquay (Inside Sainsbury's)

Returning a product can sometimes be daunting but I was very pleased after being looked after by Yasemin. Very informative, helpful, polite and pleasant. Thumbs up for good customer service

Great service today , friendly and helpful, nice one

Picked a pre-ordered item here on the morning of 4th April, and also purchased another item whilst there. The member of staff on duty at the time was outstanding; pro-active, helpful (not just to me) and not just mooching behind the counter waiting for something to happen. I had taken the trouble to actually check stock levels of what I wanted before I went, this is recommended. It's not a huge store but it is really convenient. Which is more than can be said for central Torquay - and some of the staff in Argos down there could to with spending an hour watching this woman in action.

Anthony was absolutely incredible with his customer service even though I’ve come in upset about replacing a product, he’s been calm, incredibly patient and super well mannered! 5 stars 🔥

Went in to collect a watch reserved for my husband. Yasemin on the till was very helpful,very friendly & had a beautiful smile 😊

On 18th Dec 12:07 visited the store and was struggling to find product at the self serviice station. Yasemin noticed and came did a great job in explaining how the self service ordering works, then was able to get my item and left with a smile. Very curtious, understanding and went extra to make the experience less stressful than it needed to be. Thank you .....

Not the best..... Staff sadly never want to be helpful if there is a problem with the purchase.

Clean and tidy but very little stock very minimal store.

Slow service and not enough staff to serve at the till.
