About 90% of the time I use this shop (pretty much daily) waiting to be served is far to long, as usually only 1 member of staff serving. Also find some of the staff miserable! Although others are really nice. Never stock up for days when they run out of things either, can't blame brexit or covid for that as it was the same before all this happened. Only go when absolutely necessary now!

Oh my how expensive, makes the shell garage look cheap. Can of monster nearly 2 pounds. 30g of riverstone tobacco over 14 quid, 2 quid more than I've paid any where else in town. What a joke. Will never shop here again

They refused to sell a very old man a pie even tho it was full, that could of bin his only warm meal of the day! who are these special people who are reserving all the pies. I don't think they have a food licence to be selling hot food so il definitely be looking in to this. Expensive to

Disgusted...after 6 years of shopping here to be spoken to by a young girl with such disrespect left me shocked. To say my card had declined weeks previously and that I now owed her the money with no receipt to prove it and to speak to someone the way she did is unbelievable this shop clearly need to invest in some staff customer service training

The Owner of the shop obviously has no clue how to run it! He leaves girls to lock up the shop AT NIGHT. And the drinks are always warm!!"

The young staff are miserable and make you feel uncomfortable but the older staff are ok that's about it
