I've been with Vodafone for years and still much prefer to go into the shop to actually speak to the staff, who are always friendly and polite, over the internet. There is usually a queue, but never too long that I have walked out.

After hours on line trying to talk to a computer that doesn't listen to sort out problems with sim card I called at ely store and sorted in minutes, well done and big thanks to Harry

Very helpful when we went in to get a phone fixed and it turned out that the person from the Bury branch who sold us the phone didn't remove the phone from their stock list so it was still blocked. They fixed it pretty quickly considering the mess the man at the Bury branch made, they even offered a cup of coffee and biscuits while they talked to the manager at the Bury branch to get it sorted out.

Went in yesterday and saw Harry who was really helpful, broke down my options - was quick and helpful service !

Thanks to the 2 ladies at Ely that sorted my problem and gave me a new sim card. In/out and back on line within 20mins - top job !

Staff here are great no problem too small they always willing to help even just with advice and lots of great offers on phones and accessories tablets etc
