This is my favourite shop, it has a good choice of food and you can find unique products here which are otherwise not available at other supermarkets. Also this store is placed in a very good location in central Sheffield so accessibility here is very easy.

Wow we are totally overwhelmed today
We shop at Waitrose (Delivery) . Sometimes we order Dragon eggs my husband favourite. But there not always available. What a an amazing surprise today lovely James driver . Popped in to see us as he was delivering in Worksop

Customer Services outstanding. Super helpful regarding my delivery from John Lewis. I am a regular visitor to Sheffield and can say quite confidently this is one of the best I have been to. Clean , tidy, well stocked. All staff are friendly.

It's very clean and big size supermarket.
Although, you will find things over price at times you also would find excellent quality food. I would definitely recommend their bakery section it smells good and tasty even better.
There's also a click and collect for John Lewis inside which seems to be easy and fast.

They just done a brand new Café Shop but I didn't like the sitting area because there's only 4 places where you really want to sit and they were taken for long time so no point of it.

Just remember to weight the veggies before going to the self-service check out if you need to.

Great store lovely and clean and well stocked with spacious aisles helpful staff too.

EDIT: visiting again a couple of months after my previous review where I bemoaned product gaps, I find the store much more to my taste again. Great meat, fish and cheese options, stacks of fruit and veg, and their prices seem to be reasonable when other chains have gone through the roof. Back to being my favourite supermarket for a treat or something special, and for fresh foods.

Great store with a good variety of fresh produce and non-dairy foods. Great for vegans and vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Great customer service and staff are willing to help with a smile of ever you get stuck and need directions to stock etc..

This store is quite large and consequently has a huge range of products. It's always very well stocked with the great high-quality foods we can expect from Waitrose.

Nice Wait and Rose, good sized cafe with very nice people who work in it. Downside for the cafe is that it’s not clear when the opening times of it are. Pretty good sized store.

Well stocked store, friendly staff

I visited the store several times recently mostly to collect John Lewis items.
Massimo on that service desk is always so helpful and friendly at the same time as being professional and really does his job well . always a smile when greeting customers..he always makes the experience a pleasure.

My favourite supermarket. It's not the cheapest but I can be assured of quality and polite service. Well served for organic and vegan/vegetarian food. And coffee and cakes in the café.

Good store in South Sheffield, easy access and parking. Good food and drink (particularly alcohol) selection and friendly staff.

Have used to pick up John Lewis items for collection with no issue and easy handoff process. Groceries can be pricy so head here less often than other shops, but never have had any issue when going here!

Sat here in the cafe for a quick coffee to power me up after a sleepless night, I am surrounded by a cafe full of elderly customers and am blown away by the team and their service, quick and friendly service when I was ordering but I felt compelled to write a review after sitting and seeing the service to others

Everyone is served with a smile and some chit chat with regulars called by name and it is just delightful! To one elderly lady “oh is that coat new you look great, you look really well!” And to another elderly gentleman chit chat about the weekend, staff really listening and engaging - it is joyful to hear and can see it makes their day

What a wonderful team and environment to sit in!

Since my mum moved back to Sheffield due to Alzheimer's I've been taking her to Waitrose to do her shopping as it's easy to park and not far to walk. The store is always clean and the food is varied and fresh, but it's the service that is great. The staff are always helpful and very kind and chatty with mum, especially Lesley. On Sunday, Massimo was especially generous and gave her a bunch of flowers. It was totally unexpected and such a surprise, it really made mums day (and mine!) and she was talking about Massimo all day. Apparently he is always very helpful to my friend too, and I'd like to say to management that he is probably one of the best people I have encountered in the service industry.
The whole world needs more Massimo's, it would be a much better place!!

Good choice of food where you can do your big shop. It also hosts a café since they renovated it is miles better then it once was. Friendly staff who are always on hand to help. If only some of the customers had the same manners, we’d all live in a happier place. Nonetheless, good location for the city free parking too.
