Great produce and perfect place to shop

I went into M&S today about 13.30 and I noticed a man enter the store before me he put his jacket on and a flat cap. He picked up a box of wine and a single bottle of wine and walked straight out the shop. I was surprised there was no security on the door. I spoke to a member of staff and the member of staff thanked me but said the store was told they would not be getting a Security person. I continued with my shopping and saw the man again walk in the shop and pick up another box of wine. I so wanted to do do something but I didn’t as I didn’t know what he would have said or done. Surely if would pay to employ a Security Person as the shrinkage would be less

Clean spacious shop, covid procedures in place, able to park in disabled bay outside shop without problems. Staff members were gracious and offered assistance during my visit, very friendly and professional. Shopped Saturday afternoon and amazed that there was so much stock and variety, staff were busy filling shelves. Really good experience.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Nice size store and good range to do my weekly shop plus they have plenty of greeting cards and flowers to choose from. Decent amount of parking but can get very busy although it is open until about 8.30pm and no trouble finding a space in the evening so I try to go a little later!

This M&S always seems to have good dates on its fresh food (compared to other M&S foods in the area). Always well stocked and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
There is a small car park which is free to park in and another small car park right next door (but you need to display a ticket in the second car park; which is free for 1 hour but you can pay for longer - card payments only, no cash in the second car park).
A wide range of food to choice from for a Simply Food store and a good selection of flowers.
3 size trolleys to choice from (one of which is suitable for use with a wheelchair)
A slight slop up to get into the store for wheelchair users but it is all on the flat so access is easily available.
No in store toilet at this branch sadly and no coffee shop but their are plenty in the nearby town of Rickmansworth just a minute walk from the store.

Good all round, staff helpful

The team here are really helpful and chatty, havent seen Ivor for a while but what a character. Another lady I believe Frances is always helpful. The shop has plenty of space and this makes social distances easier than some other branches. Tha k you

Simply fantastic food Hall.

Yes it's expensive but you sure do get what you paid for most of the time.

Always seem to have a great selection.

Good food. Prices have now become reasonable. Good staff. Nice quality meat. Veg. Fruit bread

I chose my time to shop when I see on the site that it is Not very busy. It's wonderful and the only item I cannot get is Count On Us which is usually sold out. I go once a week.

It was great 4 years ago. For all I know it might have closed by now, like the one in my home town. Google, are you listening? It is pointless and unfair on retailers to ask for reviews of shops and restaurants visited years ago!

To good to shop at marks and spencer food ,all staff are very helpful.

Some of the nicest staff work here. Marks is okay but the staff is what have me coming back.

Convenient M&S store with a good range of products. Two car parks access from different entrances. Decent amount of parking.

I always like buying food from M&S Rickmansworth, they always have a large variety to choose from, although living in Chesham and Amersham being my nearest branch, I prefer to travel that little bit further to get more choice.

Nice sized foodhall with parking. Selling fruit, salads, vegetables. Also selling meat, fish, pizzas, ready meals and desserts. In store bakery too.

The staff were brillient. Cheerful and working very hard to try and fill the shelfs. I did manage to get the items that i needed.
