Great to see the old Woolworths building being used. And whoever is running the business is actually doing a great job. They have everything from tools, to wood, toys, pet toys, the list is endless. It may not look the prettiest, but at least you can get what you need on the high street!

Typical budget type store. Good range of products. Reasonably well sign posted regards internal layout. Worth visiting for items not readily available elsewhere in Faversham.

Exceptionally poor service. Bought a garden fork which snapped within ten minutes of first use - you can see how new it is in the picture below. Was refused a refund and told several times I was 'on camera' for some reason. Have claimed a refund via my credit card company.

I brought a really lovely clock from here, when I got home and opened the box the glass was smashed! I tired to return it and asked for an exchange. I was met by "The Manager" a very rude and unprofessional man who didn't even take the clock out of the box to look. Refused to give me a refund or exchange. Walked away from me whilst I was talking to him and said 'I don't care'. Absolutely shocking, I still cant believe it!! I will definitely be reporting this to trading standards and taking my custom elsewhere in the future.
