Asda Gravesend Superstore

My son is Autistic and so we need a little extra support when shopping - the staff are always kind and welcoming. My only gripe is that the marked prices don’t always match the actual prices which is frustrating when shopping on a budget. I use the scan and go to avoid overspending but it would be nice if the prices were more accurate. Thank you to all the staff who support my son.

This market is open 24/7 and Sunday closed before 6 nice and good for some people .

what cAn I say>>>good old ASDA.
george clothing's getting more expensive but goo quality. no changing room though.
staff are always helpful and friendly.
customer service: a bit of a wait.
post office available, McDonalds available, bureau de change available. opticians and pharmacy also available.
the store needs to improve on their medication supply>>> rarely any on counter.
I enjoy shopping here. using the blue light card is also a good thing.

The grocery itself is really good one as some items are cheaper than other big stores and I can use my bluelight card via asda rewards which is really worth it.
Also, it would be great if the overcliffe entrance is open again, as it is more accessible for some people who doesn't have a car like me.
Anyhow, I can still say that it is a good shop here in gravesend.

Big parking space, quite crowded, McDonald's in there for after shopping snacks with kids.

I like Asda but one of the taxi drivers down there is a rude C*nt. I will be putting in a complaint about him. I didn't slam your door, it got stuck and had to pull it harder in order to close it.

Best store for everything you need and also if you love PRIME you can get tons here.

Was served by a lovely lady who helped me get set me up on my Asda app. Very friendly and helpful. I really can’t remember her name but CT was 40 her named began with P. She is a credit to your store.

Hello ,Asda ,we looking for polish bread about same weeks now and you don't have, we bought about years because is sugar free, being diabetics is good for us.

It's a large place with a wide variety of stock at what I consider to be reasonable prices. I bought a television here ten years ago and all its accessories and they are still going strong. I like their wine and spirit selection plus they do have a good cheese selection. Without a doubt there are many things here that is worth a look.

Great products good prices and there scan and go is so much easier and their new asda app is great get money of every shop

Had flowers bought for me and they've lasted TWO weeks...! The large roses are still up and perky and look no different from the day I received them....better than Waitrose flowers! Well done Asda!

I have been shopping at Asda Gravesend for around 15 years now, it's a very friendly shop. If you like a bubbly personality and great freshly made pizza at the pizza counter, Simone is FIRST RATE at her job. Even when they are very busy, she always serves customers with a smile, and even remembers orders. I nominate her for a customer service award.

As long as people don't panic buy and wear masks properly it would be great.
I use Asda as I can normally find any thing I want. I am in the vulnerable group of people. Which is one group they don't cater for or didn't in the last lockdown. I wasn't told till after 6 weeks in to the lockdown that I was entitled to help even though I did ask the doctor who said I wasn't in the right category even though I suffer with C. O. P. D

Local to me and always has everything I need. Great for getting most things all under one roof. Good range and the staff are always polite and friendly.
I always walk there as only 5 mins from home so very handy.

Asda is the shop that I do most of my weakly shoppings and in here you can find most of necessary products for your everyday use. It has plenty of parking spaces, post office and you can print your picture down here. Also there is car wash and click and collect services.

The store literally is trying abd may I say making every success in catering for everyone good price high quality very and fruit lovely staff and getting and you can see them trying to make it better too... Never stop :)
