They have friendly staff. I like the self check out tills makes shopping enjoyable.

Lots to choose from. Great variety for Easter stuff.

Nice sized store, local to me so often use it for work bits and food. Does get busy and sometimes a long queue, could do with a self serve checkout for 5 of less items

An employee called dave was amazing. Great service with a smile in a very busy store.

I have always found the till staff in the Thames Way poundshop to be one of the most polite, shop workers in Gravesend. Always apologetic when queues form and thanking for our patience in waiting. Definitely not recognised enough.

Had a complete change around and the layout seems so much better now and their home and food range has definitely improved!

Great stuff at £1. I bought kitchen false tiles @£1 each 28 numbers. Similar and exactly same on amazon was £6each.

They have lots of products. The shop is clean and tidy all the time. The staff could be more friendly but otherwise is a nice shop.

They've extended further and are now distributing and selling clothes for all ages. There's almost everything u could ever need in this one including certain food item like ham eggs bacon sausages cheese bread and such like and all for a pound lol really exceptional value.

Large store full of great priced toiletries, homeware Diy clothing books and food. Free parking

Well, you can get all the basics, including clothes, shoes boots, underwear etc. All at a reasonable price.
