We visited Boots, Maybird Centre Stratford upon Avon on 16th Dec at 0937. We were served by ‘Sally’ who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable, in all aspects of our requirements. Such a stark contrast, to a previous shopping experience at Boots, Worcester Rd Evesham.

Visited the Stratford on Avon branch. Much larger than expected with a good range of products and very friendly service. 👌

Wonderful service by courteous, caring staff. I ordered some perfume, received a confirming text it was in store within 24 hours, and when I popped in to pick it up was met with a helpful smile. Such a pleasure to shop with such nice people...

A very kind lady on the till lent me a £coin for a trolley, (I use a stick) and after I had paid came with me to the car and took the trolley back for me. It is so unusual nowadays to find such helpful assistants and I was really grateful. So shop in the large Boots in the Maybird centre!

This is our local boots. Always friendly and helpful. We have recently had a baby and the staff always coo over her when we go in. They always help us find things we need. It's a clean and well laid out store as well.

I want to give a special thank you to Zenabe from Lancome. I popped in today for a concealer for my eyeshadow and made her pull out like 10 different shades and she was so patient with me. She was friendly and passionate about her profession! She gave me lots of tips and made me feel very special ! She's a blessing to your company!

I don't think I hardly ever go to the Maybird without a visit to Boots. Love the wide range of products here. It would be helpful if there was a quick glance guide to the cruelty free ranges.

I tried to leave a review for Shabham, the pharmacist, on the talktobootspharmacy.com website, but it was not responding. This is ironic as Shabnam sorted out my husband and I with flu jabs after the booking system online seemed to be losing all appointments! She is a lovely, personable and cheerful young lady who can insert a needle with you barely noticing. She is a credit to Boots pharmacy. Thanks Shabnam.
