Marks and Spencer

Ordered some click and collect travel money and I had made a mistake with my ID number. Hannah was amazing and suggested I call them direct and gave me the telephone number and my order number to help. She went above and beyond to help me today, knowing I had travelled to collect it.

We had great service in the cafe. A young lady working there was very helpful with our order and the food was enjoyable.

Aside from the great food selection, we accidentally left a recently purchased expensive item in the store - only realised after we had arrived home. Not very hopeful I rang the store and was connected to the manager Lee. I explained our problem and he went to investigate, came back to say nothing found but would call if it was found later. Received a call later that evening from Lee saying the bag had been found and he had left it in lost property for us to collect! Honestly didn’t expect to be reunited with our purchase, huge thanks to Lee for offering first class customer service!

Visited this marks and spencers on my hen do, dressed as a sausage! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming even though I looked very silly. Thank you thank you thank you for being so generous and giving such great service!

One of the few large Marks and Sparks left standing!! Can always rely on them for a comfy essential bra. Love the food selection here especially their cookies !!

This isn't a review about the store in general, but about one of the staff members, Ian (maybe Iain). He is genuinely one of the happiest, most knowledgeable, helpful people I have ever encountered. He appears to go above and beyond with all of the customers (many of which he now knows by name!) and is truly an asset to the company.
I hope this review reaches one of the management team as I truly believe that he deserves recognition for all of his hard work.

Very clean, tidy store. Lots of selection and very tasty. Self service machines are very useful if you're only buying a few bits. Good location and a decent amount of parking.

Hello there, we were recently in Marks and Spencers Winchester High Street at 12pm on the 23rd August 22, I had just proposed to my partner at St Giles Hill and we popped in for some celebration goodies afterwards. The Cashier Gemma asked us how our day was going, we told her that we had just got in engaged and she was over the moon for us, she got up and hugged each of us and then gave us a bottle of prosecco that she bought out of her own wages to say congratulations. Service like this is the reason why I go to Marks and Spencers and will continue going so, but even with that, Gemma went above and beyond for us and I would really like head office to acknowledge that. She deserves a reward!

Got a fab dress reduced to £19 from £79...lovely woman served me and my partner who bought 2 jumpers. Always worth a visit.

Wow what an experience. Not only was the Shop as clean as can be but as soon as I entered I was greeted by a certain Max James and was helped to find everything I needed. Zyzz would be proud.

A bit busy with hat fair and not had decaf teabags for a few days but other than can't fault this sparks.

Very good. Aisles far apart, staff friendly, and though I have not done any research, I believe that their food is good quality and not saturated with sugar etc.

Lovely place for food purchases but can't say I'd bother with clothing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and happy to help.

My mum & I went to the M&S cafe for a drink & to have something to eat & the kind shop worker helped me with the tray which I was grateful for.

Food is excellent tasty good value for money has a relaxed atmosphere and nice shopping experience and friendly staff

They have a brilliant new food hall and the staff are really friendly, helpful & knowledgable
