This store is excellent mainly because of it's excellent staff. For a small outlet it has a brilliant array of stock at prices as competitive as those at a famous supermarket nearby. Maybe a token above the minimum wage would suffice when young Mr Carter rocks up in his furiously expensive motor cars (plural). Thank you.... brilliant staff

Has what you need and it's good if you live near by because you don't have to go all the way down to town for basic needs.

Got served by a lady called Daisy who asked me for ID for a packet of rizla papers and was very rude when I said "I'll take that as a compliment" to which she replied " well actually your five years younger than me so yeah, I am going to ID you".

To which I replied "I worked at Tesco for 4 years I am well aware of the think 25 rule".

I suggest you leave your attitude at home, for someone older, you certainly are not wiser.

Usually great service from here, been served adult goods many times here, which is why I was shocked at being asked for ID for paper.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude staff. I’ve only come across one or two polite members of staff. I wasn’t going to write a review but after being short changed and having to put up with rude members of staff, I had to say something.

1. If a machine is broke in a shop, it’s doesn’t take a lot to explain to a customer before they try to use it. Or at least put up an out of order sign. It’s quite simple.

2. I understand it’s a rough area but stop treating everyone who enters the shop like they’re up to no good.

tradesman beware!!!!....never again, barney likes to get their moneys worth to keep calling you back even though the job was done well, for example.... large poster frames were fitted to the windows which is covered in a black vinyl then suddenly they decide to fall off, i go back to refit them as you would do - arrive there to see that they were ripped off - the black vinyl on the glass was torn, went back twice......while working on another of the 'cartors from hell stores' i met his handyman/builder and he warned me that this is something that he always likes to do and he always gets his moneys worth - unfortunately for me i was already booked up to finish their new signage, then months later i was told that he didnt really want the large poster frames because he preferred the smaller frames so do i need to say anymore...what a rip off merchant - probably because eveyone slags the store when you see the google reviews lol

Please Sort the Hele Road store out as it is a complete Joke.
This store has gone downhill since Brian moved to another store.
more and more of your customers are now using Farmfoods and now they use the BP Garage for cigarettes and tobacco and other things because they cant get their brand in your store.
When i asked today for sterling duels i was told rather abruptly that "we don't stock them and told to give up smoking .
its one rule for the staff who on many occasions can be found standing in the shop doorway smoking and gossiping to their friends leaving the store with 1 person behind the till not being able to keep an eye on the store aswell as play on their facebooks and serve customers.
if this carries on the way it is you will lose many many more customers.this family is one of them who is going to use the BP garage in Hele from now on as you get service with a smile and they have the items in stock when you want them.
