Matt was very professional whilst dealing with the customer in front of me but maintained an overview of the shop to ensure I wasn’t waiting too long and apologised whilst he summoned another staff member. He was friendly and approachable. I was served by another staff member (didn’t get his name, sorry) who was equally as friendly and helpful. I observed a number of other customers come into the store and found a few quite abrupt/rude with the staff - good to see lots of patience from behind the counter. Will use this branch again. 5 stars.

Such a difference to my previous visits. Shop is very clean, tidy and welcoming. Improved visibility of best sellers (super helpful when you don’t really know much about tools!) and refreshing to see products at the forefront of a store that is applicable to the time of year. I have used this branch for several years and become accustomed to a prompt and friendly service, stock levels are generally very good. Unlike their closest competitor you can easily see what you're getting before you pay for it

Quick, friendly and efficient. Lochang offered great service and made sure I got everything I went in for and despite it being nearly closing time he was still polite, friendly and took the time to make you feel valued.

Great choice of stock at very low prices, called in for some odds and sods late one afternoon which where not in, I was asked if I needed them urgently because if not they would be posted out to me the next day at no extra cost. Arrived first class post before dinner, excellent service.
