This is a great store and the staff are very knowledgeable as well as always being very helpful,
Having a trade card is essential… and why not… it’s a professional shop for professional clients. If you are not a trained professional, then go to Boots or Superdrug! What’s the problem!

I usually use Sally Norwich but was zipping past the Bury branch so thought I’d try click and collect. Initially I was put off by the reviews but went ahead with my click and collect. Every step of the way 5/5 ordering, comms and collection. Thank you Sally of Bury!

An unfortunate experience. Wanted A professional Wahl product but wasn’t allowed access to sale items, trade prices (retail prices) because I hadn’t a trade card.
Have no idea how these guys are still trading

Need a trade card in order to buy things at the listed price and not all products are available to the regular customer. I've never heard of a sallys beauty operating in this manner.

Unprofessional, went in it to buy eyelash tint and a nail polish apparently you can't buy these with out a "trade card" ive been in sallys many times and it's the professional products you need a trade card for, not eyelash tint and nail polish.... Being awkward for the sake of it doesnt bring more business in.
