These guys really understand the meaning of customer service in particular Angela couldn't have done more for us, the item was not in stock but I left the shop knowing how and where to get it, (an AC adapter unit left at home when I packed the caravan) 5 stars, wonderful experience thankyou

The wife wanted a new washing machine, decided to rent in the end, best thing we ever did.....you are fully covered for everything for a small monthly price, so much stock to look at, and I think it was Jamie looked after us so well , no hard selling , and all staff were great.....we shall be carrying on down this road now , no need to go anywhere else but Hughes rent or buy....

A well deserved 5 stars for Hughes, online and instore. I bought a new cooker online and then called Hughes' customer Services (James) to arrange delivery, installation on the same day and disposal of our old cooker. Not only was he polite and efficient but managed to get our new cooker before new year, so we will have our festive dinner for New Year, thanks to James. A massive pat on the back to Hughes.

The staff always made you welcome when you came in. I personally think 5 stars is to low. I would give you all 10/10 and if I ever needed to rent again I would definitely rent off you again. Popped into Hughes in North Walsham and bought a phone charger lead and a scrapper for my ceramic hob . The staff were very helpful and friendly would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy any electrical items.

Well I have been going to hughes now for many years some things bought some on rental and have to say that the North Walsham shop is very good the manager is justin who is very helpful and just goes that bit extra and his staff are good as well we have now several items and if a problem they do their very best to help we have tv, dvd, I pod, surround sound, and we also rent a washing machine and as soon as you ring they give you their expert advice on anything that you ask them I would recommend them to everyone thanks guys for your support and will be in soon from Mr and Mrs please jones
