M&S Simply Food

Excellent example of M & S store situated in town centre adjacent to health centre, library and bus station. Please note food only, no clothing and paid parking. Excellent quality products but not inexpensive as M & S shoppers will know.

Good shop and very busy small cafe.

The best cheese it's possible to purchase, West Country mature cheddar.

Saw a big noisy guy causing trouble today.the store is usually quiet but the bodybuilder store worker who had to deal with him, kept his cool and helped him leave this guy deserves a bonus!Well donebig fella! That took some patience really should have security!its ridiculous staff have to deal with that.Usually a good store and great little cafe.Security needed.

Nice food and great customer service from the ladies in the cafe. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for with M&S so can't really complain but if you're looking for low budget food then better off trying elsewhere. Enjoyed it myself but I'm not on a budget. Thanks ladies had a good laugh.

We regularly do our food shop here, it's great quality.
Earlier today I didn't have enough change for the car park and a lovely lady who worked there called Jane gave me the 20p I was short. I didn't realise at the time, but she had finished her shift and was really kind. I know it's not a lot of money, but I don't think I'd get that kind of service in other food shops.

Small compact shop with excellent variety well stocked. Good staffing ratio you can always find someone to help you if needed they are pleasant and informed
However whilst the small cafe is very nice it is very cold during the winter months due to it being poorly positioned in the layout of the store.

Staff are very friendly and helpful in the M&S Nantwich. Excellent service and food Hall and restaurant. Good access for Wheelchair access and parking Facilities at the front of the building and near to main entrance. Well done M&S for encouraging Less Mobile Customers.

I'm updating this review I have given them a lower score before but I have noticed a big change in there for a plus. We're talking about the customer service. I used to have to wait for quite a while every time I used a self checkout and there was some error that needed authorization. I mainly shop only in places with a self checkouts to avoid queueing up and waiting for ages in big queues which I really can't put up with. So I have to say you now don't wait for staff to attend. There is always someone looking after the self check outs. This is brilliant and I will always choose M&S (comparing to let's say cheap Aldi) as their produce is so much healthier looking at the ingredients and tasty!

It's great to have our own M and S Simply Food in Nantwich, and as well as the posh food you can get clothes, gifts etc. delivered free to the store! So handy. The staff are helpful, there's a fast self checkout, a café and a loo. Plus there's a carpark next door.

Always the best food

My friend Joyce found herself in a predicament last Wednesday after shopping in M and S Nantwich, she locked her keys in her car. The staff in the store were so lovely, they took control of the situation and without any fuss resolved the problem and looked after her . She has asked me to thank them all especially Mavis.

Most enjoyable to shop in , plenty of variety in produce, plus the quality of the food that you buy from there is top class

Easy parking which is free if you shop in the store. Good selection in small store. Excellent cafe with superb staff.

Lovely place to visit. Amazing flowers everywhere you look. St Mary's Church in the square is worth a visit.

Always extra fresh produce, with great forward sell by dates on. Staff are helpful and always happy to serve, whichever department they're in
