Sold me counterfeit clothing were the logos fell off the tracksuit. Refused refund even after accepting and returning item. Left up to PayPal to sort now. Was one day out of the 30day money back guarantee.

They keep trying to make me choose a dispute with Paypal saying they can't refund me till I close it. IT STATES IN PAYPALS OWN TERMS that a seller can issue a refund under a dispute.

I bought a t shirt from this company off eBay. I never received the item, it was delivered to the wrong address. I provided photographic evidence that the door on the Royal Mail tracking website was not my front door. They strung me along saying they were investigating it until it got to the cut off point where I couldn’t leave a review in eBay. They have said as far as they are concerned the item was delivered. As a single mother of 3 children I am gobsmacked that they have not refunded or replaced the item which was a present for my son. No apology or anything. Absolutely disgraceful company.
