Spent as much time as I needed in helping me choose a phone
The staff advised me which one to buy after I explained my particular needs.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
And the staff even transferred my SIM card from old phone to new phone.
I will be shopping there again for new laptop for my daughter
The staff on that occasion have given me details to show my daughter of a really good priced laptop.

Lewis on the TV section helped us find the perfect TVs and brackets. He talked through the finance options and made sure my mum understood everything completely. Wonderful experience and will buy from there in future.

They didn't hassel us. Allowed us to browse uninterrupted. When we did need help received great service from Jason who processed our order.

Southport isn’t known for its friendly, helpful service. The shops are mostly staffed with young people who look perpetually bored and know very little about what they’re selling. Curry’s Southport, however, is the exception. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to do their best.

Today, for example, I needed to return a hoover and buy a new one. The person who helped us — his name is Oscar — couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Really exceptional. In the future, I will only buy appliances from Curry’s Southport and only from Oscar. Ha! (No, seriously.)

Technical help with my laptop when it was hacked was superb and no charge made.

They have everything we needed, the telly is fantastic, and it fitted perfectly to our wall brackets, well worth a visit even if you go for a look around

I was acknowledged as soon as I got there and was asked if I needed any assistance soon after. Went to pickup a TV and they carried it to the car. They let Mum use facilities as she has issues. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

During my visit to the Southport Kew store as an assistant called Mike helped me with my trade-in and new purchase, he was so patient and incredibly helpful. Thanks to him I'm now the happy owner of a new HP Laptop. Excellent service

Always such excellent service when i shop in this store. Staff a very helpful. I have never been over sold anything. They explain everything to me when I'm not sure between makes on a certain product. They don't try to sell me the most expensive one. Really helpful, polite staff. The manager has trained them well. Southport store is a credit to the company. I don't buy a lot in the store because everything i have bought has lasted and is good quality so i don't need to replace it every 12mths. I really do rate this branch of Currys 100%. They care about their customers.

Recently visited the Southport store with my daughter to buy a laptop for her son for his birthday. Was seen to by Craig who was very helpful in explaining all the details of the various machines available. Sadly the one that she wanted was only available in the Bolton store, so she set off to get it.

Unfortunately, son was not best pleased with her purchase!! The wrong colour of laptop.!! So my wife and I went back to the Southport store to explain the situation and was seen by Mark who assured us that they would be able to do something about this problem but would have to take it back into the store.

My wife went back again this morning and Mark recognised her and immediately went to help. Craig again, helped them choose a replacement.

My wife was very pleased with the attention and the service she received , couldn't thank them enough and left the store with one happy teenager!

My son's gaming laptop stopped working at less than 13 months. Currys still got the laptop checked at their repair centre for me. Unfortunately, the laptop couldn't be fixed but Currys in Southport have been so helpful and supportive and the repair centre have been extremely good too. I really feel listened too and valued. So much so that I have bought another gaming pc with Currys and this time I have also taken out care and repair. Thanks Currys we really appreciate all your help - Vicky and Gabriel
