After searching for a particular set of wine glasses, I discovered that CKB Ltd had them in stock and decided to place my order. This was a first-time international order for me and this company was wonderful to deal with! Their customer service was one of the best I've experienced. When I had a question, their response time was immediate and friendly. Even when I accidentally put in an incorrect shipping address and the item was returned back to CKB, this company was gracious and re-sent our items without requiring anything more from me. I will definitely think of CKB Ltd when I'm searching for an obscure item and will have no hesitation ordering from them once again.

I stumbled across CKB on-line whilst looking for some ID badges for a forthcoming charity event. We were concerned that the items may not arrive in time as it was something that we had only thought about at the last minute. After speaking to the sales team they dealt with the situation very professionally and assured me that the items would arrive in time. I was very impresses with the company after only dealing with them on one occasion. As a small business owner myself I will certainly be using them again and will point people who need the items they sell to them. Hope they keep up the great service! Thanks! Rob

Ordered lanyards and ID card holders mid Friday morning and order delivered first class the next day and I didn't order express delivery. Fantastic service - really pleased.

Completely irresponsible and dishonest company that deceives clients. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work with these clowns.

I placed an order on Amazon. For days the provided shipping number didn't work, then the package was stuck for almost 14 days in the UK and CKB hasn't done a thing to solve the problem. Several times they came up with excuses for the delay of shipping the order. Unfortunately that was only deceptive.

They ignored a notice of default and abused Amazon's system to avoid liability for their failure. Even though I explained them exactly how things work under UK consumer law they are absolutely reluctant to fulfill their obligations of the agreement and therewith completely disrespect the law and consumer rights.
