It's a fantastic and much needed addition to leatherhead town. Staff are fantastic, very friendly and polite (especially Ray!). Shelves are well stocked and plenty of choice for the sized store.

Top notch food store. Friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean. All the food is fresh all the time. The only thing that is kind of negative is that they don't have a great selection of products. Also most of the products are addressed to wealthy people rather than everyone. But overall an outstanding customer experience.

Always has heavily reduced items, pop in here and have a rummage even if you don’t usually shop at Waitrose.

Always a good shopping experience. A small store but a wide enough food choice.

The friendly staff are always on hand if needed.

Very good supermarket!! Quite smaller compared to other Waitrose & Partners stores. Staff are very friendly. The shop is very clean too. Would recommend to use. There is also a small car park too.

If 10 stars were possible, I would give it.
NICOLE'S kindness is second to none and one of those hard workers you need to nurture and keep at all costs!
Nicole was in Lidl and saw my Mother having a difficult time with her bags as she recently had surgery making her unable to carry heavy bags....she's a very stubborn woman....bless her ❤
Nicole was extremely kind enough to offer my Mother a ride around the corner and help her with her bags into her home.
She knew my Mother as she was a regular customer at Waitrose and I hope to see her and thank her in person for the extreme kindness she showed to her in her time of need. For now though....thank you Nicole for your kindness, I am eternally grateful xxx

Great, better than lidls in Leatherhead. Always queues as there too lazy to put more staff on tills Always queues. So I walked out and went to waitrose

Smaller than other stores but these days it's preferable isn't it. Clean, tidy, nice products, staff always very friendly, especially the blonde lady from Eastern Eu I believe , Em? keep up the good work guys, thank you for feeding us haha

Small but has the basic essentials. I like the fact that they keep on top of food that's coming to the 'use by' expiration date. This ensures freshness. You are assured that you never accidentally buy food that's going off.

As usual today the staff were very polite and knowledgeable about the products in the shop. No complaints there whatsoever. However I do have serious problems with the entrance into the Leatherhead store. I parked in the car park and so went into the store from the cat park. The slabs right outside the entrance are extremely slippery when wet. It was only by luck that I didn't fall as a result. I never expressed my concerns to anyone, but will in future. I feel this is an accident waiting to happen.

Small, but very good shop, standard Waitrose quality, with professional staff. Even in a small shop like this they could manage to separate a little coffee bar which is a good idea to attract more customers to drop in from the street

I ordered a substantial amount of sandwiches for a baby shower and unfortunately a mistake was made which meant that they arrived early and would not have been in date for the baby shower. Both Catherine the store manager and particularly Mike from entertaining, were fantastic and I ended up with 4 platters of sandwiches which were enjoyed by everyone. Not only did they give me 4 china platters and a bottle of champagne but they didn't charge me for the sandwiches. I love that they took total responsibility for and accountability of their actions and seeing how they work when things go wrong restores my faith in some of the appalling customer service that often exists. Needless to say I will use this service from now on! Well done. I know it's tough when you've not got everything set up yet but you were fantastic..Thank you.

Nice shop, sometimes the prices are better than Sainsbury's.

Great quality and well-stacked shelves. And as I was in store shortly before closing time I was delighted to be given a bunch of flowers (end of life but still in good nick) - thankyou Waitrose

It was a clean and tidy, well stocked shop with a vast variety of produce.

Great little shop.. reasonable selection but don't expect the full range from a larger store ...

For a small supermarket this Waitrose has a great range of food from organic to more specialty ingredients seen a few negative reviews and can’t understand why ? I couldn’t imagine Leatherhead without this supermarket. Can you ? Worth supporting:)

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably good variety for its size. Love the bakery, croissants are yummy...

Just about all you can ask from a shop. Very well stocked. Unlike the cash machine, which 7 times out of 10 is not working. 😀
