Tesco Extra

Having done my big Christmas shop my app wouldn't open up to scan my barcode so I mist out on £27.80. I call at the customer service department and was help to get my app open to scan and was refunded to my account the full amount. I would just like to say a big thank you to the member of staff who delt with me yesterday. Tesco has the best and friendly staff. Am glad I made the swop to shop at Tesco many months ago from morrisons.

Big store, lots of products - and a lovely escalator! If you are looking for a great selection of food, veg, drinks and household products this is the place to come. Spacious and bright with friendly staff always willing to assist. Prices aren't too bad either! On-site parking is handy and easily accessible.

Had everything I went in for, very easy to get around, and got through selfscan checkouts without having to queue. Approached a member of staff about a mobile phone left in a basket and she was friendly, quickly taking it to customer services.

Always loved Tesco and it's the primary supermarket I'll go to. I personally think their own brand items are excellent.

Great tesco and excellent customer service, I ordered an online shop missed the delivery slot accidentally, they let me go to store and collect and had it all ready with no substitutions. Very pleased with the service

Great staff and great selection of various products. Good parking and very decent cafe .

Awesome, only shop in the area open beyond 10 pm, massive plus as drove for hours to get to the area and needed supplies when got here late. So glad it was open

Club cards are a must but limited on selected items due limited floor space

The staff at the cafe are fully trained in allergens to avoid any wrong information given to the customers they are provided with all the information in the blue folder so customers can make there own choices as missled info can lead to prosicution even inprisonment.the manager would like to apologise for any members of staff handling cup in this way and will be looking into this to make sure this never happens again.the staff are there to help as much as they can and to provide a positive and enjoyable experience while our guests are there.

Two lovely ladies couldn't do enough to help me find 5 liter tins of copperberg one was a manager and one was on customer service. They went the extra mile for me. Thanks a lot

Get in and out generally, used the new self service tills although 1 item it didn't like to had to wait for someone to reset it so not a quick through as I'd like it.

Always pleasant, friendly clean too

I am vunrable and I went into Tesco I am bad with walking and the lovely man John was his name helped get me my shopping I needed with safe distance I want to say a huge thank you so much

I think most of the staff are happy some more than others and managers are very approachable especially the might manager X
