Bought a gorgeous mobile phone bag from this shop have had plenty of compliments. Have been going to this shop for a few years would highly recommend as they have unique pieces to suite all ages; Plus a lovely family run business, they have a holistic & friendly approach at all times & the shop is very welcoming.

Just been in for the first time since lockdown started - had moved to the next village so didn't know they were open. Such a lot of lovely different things and something for everyone. I have shopped here for years - always get a welcome from this lovely family and I'm always tempted!

I love this place

I had a very bad experience in this shop today. I brought a pair of trousers two weeks ago - I did not want to try them on in the store - I decided they did not suit me so decided to take them back. I was told that I could exchange them for something else and they did not give refunds. I expressed my surprise at this as most stores these days offer refunds. I began to look around the store and tried on three items - none of which suited me. I carried on looking around for a while and decided that I would buy my husband a gift which I had in my hand when the shop manager exclaimed - put that down let me put you out of your misery and give you a refund. This is no way to speak to a customer. I gratefully accepted the refund but the manager continued to berate me! When explaining my reason for not accepting the credit note as I was not local - she said yes I know that! Not quite sure what she meant by that! I was not disputing their returns policy and it probably was explained to me at the time of purchase but I was shopping with a friend and we were chatting. I felt verbally assaulted by the manager and her assistant. This store, particularly the shopfront is in urgent need of an update and I can’t see it being in business for much longer especially if this is how they speak to their customers.
