Tesco Esso Express

A lovely Tesco store in Sunderland area where you can buy petrol, fresh bakery, grocery and other everyday essentials for great deals and collect/use your Tesco clubcard points. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to shift leader Heather and customer assistant Sam, they are amazing people.

I'd just like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of the staff - helpful, friendly and brave under the circumstances. I know our NHS workers are in the thick of it but let's not forget these fantastic workers not necessarily on a fantastic wage. (Oh by the way I told my Mam you've been asking after her)

Been today, the shop has a very efficient system for the separation of people during the lockdown. Staff have been brilliant. Could not ask for anything better 😊

It's nice and local. It's low effort shopping there and you can easily hop on and off any local buses in order to get here. Pop in and grab a meal deal if you're in the area!

Very helpful for disabled people who can't put own fuel in.
