I would just like to say a big thank you to Ryan on the photograph section for his skills and advice when I came in with my mam the other day. He is such a warm and kind lad both me and mam really appreciated his help.

Very busy place, but good for family shopping. Good car parking.

Large Asda supermarket with a small McDonalds inside. Usual Asda related deals with the option of a cheeky Happy Meal before you jump back in your car.

Has not changed at all, mainly very good produce and a wide variety of groceries and other products.

I wish to take a moment to express my deep regard and thanks to your member of staff within your optician shop , Asda , Benton. On two occasions now, I have been dealt with by this wonderful man, Dan, the dispensing optician. On both occasions I was given his full time , and attention, I was treated with utmost courtesy , kindness and respect which I find seldom ,if not ever seen these days. My mother and I went to Asda yesterday 16/4/23 , now my mother is 86 years old ,we wanted to go through the tills only the queue’s were very long . I had a full trolley of my own shopping so we had no choice but to go through the self scan then a lovely member of staff offered to help my mother with her shopping on the self scan , I think her name was Carol and I know she has been there at Asda Benton for years . I would just like to say “ Thank you Carol “

I was here last Thursday when I suffered a heart attack, the staff came to my aid they were fantastic. There quick response in summing a ambulance probably saved my life I can't thank them enough they even looked after my car till my friends could pick it up. I will forever be in your dept. To all the staff that helped me God bless you. 👍.

Great supermarket lots of variety and health foods

Huge store with everything you need from clothes to housewares, food and drinks. Friendly staff. Love the idea of the scan as go process they have so can pack as you go along. Saves time at checkouts. They offer click and collect here which is another good service.

A big "thank you" to Jan (bread goods' shelf-stacker) who, at about 8.45 am today, cheerfully went to the stockroom to seek the item I was looking for. She is a credit to the store and I hope that she is informed of this good review for her.

Was in store today even tho the queue was up the over spill car park I was in in 5 mins, I didn't get a trolly as pushing up along the queue would prove difficult as I have a bad hip and I am in agony at the moment. I obviously got more shopping than anticipated and struggled on the way out carrying it, I walked past a young lady called Debbie who asked if I could manage I explained my hip was bad and she asked if I wanted a hand out to the car bless her the pressure these girls are working under is terrible but thank you so much for you kind thoughts it was really appreciated

All good ,cracking valentines deals,wine,starter,main,2 sides ,desert & sky cinema pass all for £15 ,loads to choose from,and you can put some in your freezer if your not using it ,and £1.50 in your cash pot ,

Went to the photo department because I wanted to sent some photos to Australia off my i-phone. The machine was playing up and was being temperamental and as I am an OAP and not up on technology was having great difficulty! Fortunately I had a great lady by the name of Denise to help me get the photos! In between customers she was back and forwards,even holding the lead at the back of the machine at times to make sure I got my photos! Well done Denise !I could not have got my photos without you!

Thank you, dave for your help with increasing the amount of dairy milk donuts, there are bountiful amounts when I arrive.

Called in store today haven't been for ages...Shelves were fully stocked managed to get everything I wanted got straight through on a self till with a little help from a really nice member of staff. Thank you Asda ten out of ten

I went on to Asda on a busy Saturday afternoon and a very helpful member of staff named Darren who was working on the crisp aisle really went out of his way to help and assist me. Credit where credit is due.
