Great service. I was able to get a high quality office chair for the price I would have paid for an inferior new one. The chair was re-upholstered to order and is just right for lengthy home office work. The Coggins Group kept me up to date with my order, arranged a suitable date for delivery and also let me know when the delivery was 30 minutes away. Highly recommended.

I used The Coggin Group to furnish an empty office for the company I work for. They were really easy to deal with, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of delivery, I was unable to be there to assist, however they placed all the furniture in the rooms we wanted, using a plan I'd sent them only that morning. My colleagues had been worried about the delivery, as they were busy in meetings and were unlikely to be able to oversee the delivery and installation. However, they were so impressed, as the team used the plan and the result was exactly as we'd envisioned.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use The Coggin Group again for office furniture!

The chair I ordered is great, above expectations as also has lumbar support included. It’s in lovely clean condition and works fine. Delivery was within a couple of hours of ordering - as the van was coming near me - and delivery chap extremely helpful and polite and took my old chair away. All social distancing observed. I received a phone call on arrival so when chair left In agreed spot I could collect immediately when moved to safe distance. Very happy with service, thank you.

Making arrangements with their sales team is not only really easy, but frankly a joy to experience, and their delivery team is equally brilliant - they put our furniture exactly where we needed it in the office, and delivered separately to our two locations, which other companies haven't been willing to do in the past. It's a massive convenience that's saved us so much time.

Purchasing a pre-loved office chair from TCG Direct was a pleasure.
