Excellent and friendly service. Bought a Argus vape 4 weeks ago stopped working and wouldn’t charge. Didn’t have the receipt the helpful staff member found my receipt on the system and replaced my vape with a new one 👍. Would recommend this store for anybody that just given up smoking and started using the vape. Staff are helpful and knowledgable about the up to date vapes and will recommended not to buy something, as I originally went in to buy a SMOK pod as they looked good but was recommended the Argus VooPoo best kit I’ve had.

I always enjoy visiting the store. All the staff are great, and very helpful helpful staff. The stores have a wide array of liquid suitable for beginners, as well as those with more experience with vaping.

Visited the shop and spoke to Alex who is incredibly knowledgeable, very clear in explaining all elements to vaping, components, and have come away from the shop far more educated than I went in, thank you for your help, :D very helpful in the sale, thank you very much :D

Ieeded a newctank for my vape. No where else apart from here had one in stock. Before this I normally went to the other store because I didn't know this one existed. They supplied me with a tank, fitted it and even sorted a little problem I had with the vape abdvonly charged me for the tank. The owner is friendly and keen to help. He told me to call back in to the shop to pick up another atomiser. I'll keep updated. Got to be 5 stars at the moment.

So helpful, unlike an other vape shop I won't name. Twice we ordered a coil and still never came. Had to order from here and we didn't but the vape from this shop, that's what I call brilliant customer service.

If your new to vaping or a seasoned vaper, this shop is the best. They have a varied stock of hardware and consumables and are always happy to help. I buy from nowhere else. 11 out of 10

How a real vap shop should be full of helpful advice and friendly with it. I went in there for a price on a smoke alien and left with something better and at a better price i defiantly will be poping in again next time im in bangor. Well done guys 👍 👍

Vaping is safer than smoking. That is a fact. If you think otherwise you might well have been brainwashed by the Daily Mail or Puritans who think anything other than Bible study is an evil pastime. Also, the tobacco companies want to sell you e-cigarettes which are extortionately expensive and probably so poor (ineffective) that you go back to smoking. The anti-vaping lobby is as corrupt as a pro-tobacco lobby of recent years. It's all about the money. Your health is secondary. Go here. If you smoke, take up Vaping. Smoking kills 100% of its users prematurely unless they die from something else. Vaping does not. Air Vape? Good on you. Best of luck to the business.
