Went in to return a parcel to Evri. Hadn't used the machine before, young assistant named Cara, came over and showed us what to do. Excellent service from this young lady, she deserves a rise.

The lady who I always see working there is so friendly to customers and great with conversations, always brightening people’s day, do recommend.

I’m lucky enough for this to be my local ‘corner shop’ where I find myself picking up the bits I always seem to forget when I go to Tesco etc

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and if you’re a regular as I am, always remember you and what you’ve been up to - that level of customer service alone makes it worth paying a bit more for some things than you would in a supermarket

It also reminds you exactly what the COOP stands for, it’s community and the people they serve within it.

Plus who doesn’t love going in for their amazing £5/10 deals on food which make for a perfect night in on the sofa?

It's a little more expensive than the big supermarkets but they are open longer and tend to have most of the essentials. The staff are also very friendly, which is a bonus.

4 stars because sometimes they'll leave expired deals on display so you have to be on the ball with what you're getting charged.

Slightly small but nice staff. I use it a lot to collect / post parcels by Hermes.
