Had a delicious chorizo scotch egg from here. Vegetable options too and lots of lovely Welsh produce and items. We were tempted by a lot of cheese and some of the Dylan’s own sauces.

Popped in by chance for a coffee. The staff are wonderfully helpful, made us feel we’d been there a hundred times before! The cakes are gorgeous too!! Well worth stopping by

Dylan's are better known for running restaurants (there's one right next door to this shop) so this bakery and general store is currently a bit of a one off. As the name suggests they sell bakery products along with a range of local produce, some of which is "Dylan's" branded and some produced by other local businesses. There's no question about the quality of the produce on offer but it's all a bit expensive. I'd say that it was a shop that you might go to to buy gifts or occasional treats rather than somewhere you'd regularly go to to restock your own cupboards.

At this time it is just a small takeaway but looking forward to the new restaurant there soon. The food is tasty and a lot of locally produced items. This can be the crisps and sausage rolls to cakes. The hot chocolate from the machine is excellent. Prices can be high on items and hence 4 stars but worth a visit. Centrally located within the town so easy to reach

Nice shop but macarons were not soft inside and not how macarons should be. Bought six of all different flavours and was disappointed with all.

Great decor, lovely, helpful staff and the menu offered plenty of choice. My husband had a chicken caesar salad and I had mussels in marinière sauce with sourdough bread. However, I must say we were both rather disappointed with the food. The croutons, chicken and the bacon in his salad were all cold (as in straight out of the fridge) while he expected them to be warm. My mussels were fine, but the sauce was tasteless. The dash of wine in the sauce hadn't been reduced sufficiently and I couldn't taste any garlic, and there was no parsley or anything to garnish the dish. The sauce was consequently lacking in flavour, and tasted like plain single cream. We didn't ask for a reduction in price, but after we spoke to the manager, the price of the salad was taken off the bill. I didn't offer any feedback on the mussels.
We enjoy eating out in restaurants on a weekly basis and we live locally. Sadly, our experience follows disappointing meals at their other locations too, so this will be our last visit to Dylan's.

The restaurant itself is Lovely and the staff, however the food let it down. Not the high quality food offered in Menai Bridge, more ready prepared meals heated up, no in-house chef, disappointing.

Lovely refit and the sausage rolls are great and well priced.

However the coffee leaves much to be desired unfortunately. Having bought a flat white on 3 separate occasions now, each has had the milk over heated which has left the texture like tap water, and the coffee shot itself has been really bitter due to poor extraction.

Such a shame as the loyalty card stamp is a great idea and the equipment is in place to make a lovely coffee.

It’s hard to get a great coffee in Conwy so it’s a missed opportunity to capitalise on this.

This is a great looking store, with some great items on sale. We grabbed a top quality bag. The reason why I’ve given Dylan’s 3 stars and not 5 is because the coffee was very poor. I ordered a flat white, which cost £2.50. It was made with Semi Skimmed milk. All flat white’s need to be made with Whole Milk, which is what I expected. When I returned to the store to ask if they could remake it with whole milk, the barista told me that she didn’t have any. Also, she never asked if I’d like an alternative drink instead - I would have got a double espresso. So, sadly the drink went down the drain.

Popped in today to get something to eat as Dylan’s was a favourite
Not anymore unfortunately a very disappointing experience
Seafood croquettes fish taste way to strong and bits of shell, we are fish lovers but these croquettes were disgusting and didn’t expect to find the amount of shell we did and we only had a bite each
Quiche Lorraine way to salty
Lamb sausage roll and vegan sausage roll again very salty
Everything cold no choice of hot food on offer
The croquettes were 4 for £3.50 or 8 for £5.50, there was 3 different options but we were told we had to pick 4 of the same one having a mix of the different ones wasn’t an option
This was also for our 1 year old son to eat too who didn’t end up having any cause of the amount of salt and shell in the food
It all ended up going in the bin and us going to the chippy for some chips instead which we should of done in the first place
We were really looking forward to it we came to Conwy especially to go to Dylan’s but we will not be visiting again
A waste of £20 we will be sticking to edwards next time

Didn't spot it was Dylan's, just saw the products and went in, just like the shop in Menai, it's card only. Your choice, and mine. No sale.

Please don't waffle on again explaining how its convenient for your staff. I prefer more customer-focused places to spend my money.
