Exclusive Mirrors

I never write reviews and was put off by the reviews I read but I bought a mirror last week- it arrived today and is better than I could have hoped for . The company accepted my order and then the next I heard around 1 week later was they asked me to confirm delivery date .
Whilst I’m sure others have had problems I am more than delighted with price quality and communication and would definitely use them again

On the contrary to what most people have written my experience with this company has been impressive . I found them to be not only friendly but they listened to my concerns and was able to assist me. Even though I had to return the product ( through no fault of theirs) my refund was process within a quick time frame . All I’m all I remained a happy customer.

I ordered two bespoke mirrors with a delivery time of between 8-10 weeks. Prior to ordering I never read any reviews, so after I did read them I was a little concerned. I needn’t have worried, the mirrors were delivered within the expected timeframe. They are fabulous, and just what I wanted and was expecting. Good quality and well packaged for delivery. I did contact customer services and they were helpful and informative, in fact the mirrors were already on the way and came the next day. Delivery company rang the day before to confirm. They were easy to hang , good fixings. My experience with this company has been great, no hesitation in ordering from them again.

We recently purchased 2 mirrors from Exclusive Mirrors and we are delighted with them.
We first came across them online when we searched for a Round Venetian Mirror and found one on their website.
When we wanted another different mirror Exclusive Mirrors were our first port of call. Again we were able to select one from their very extensive range.
The service that we received was excellent , the prices were good and the delivery was within the period quoted. Both mirrors came well packed and when I did call them I found that their staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I would have no hesitation in using them again if I needed any more mirrors and would certainly recommend them.

We are so pleased that we ordered our mirrors from Exclusive Mirrors. Was a little dubious after reading the negative reviews, but we couldn't find anything else we liked elsewhere and so took the chance. We are so glad we did. They arrived in 3 days and they are the perfect colour for our new bathroom. We would gladly use again.

I ordered a mirror in sept, I was a bit dubious because of the reviews but went ahead because I really liked the style of it. The mirror arrived within the expected waiting time, was of a very high quality and well packaged. The communication that I've had with the company has always been good, Jade had been really responsive to all my enquiries and I am generally very impressed.

Delivery time did take longer than expected however this was due to build issues with the mirror that I ordered. Exclusive mirrors contacted me to share that they were having issues with the build quality of the original mirror that I selected. They offered me an alternate option, which at first I wasn’t sure about accepting, however once I received it, I am beyond thrilled with my new mirror. I’m pleased that as a company they didn’t want to allow me to purchase something that they believed had quality issues, this shows great customer focus. My mirror is beautiful and beyond my expectations for the price that I paid, great value for money. Also super happy with the delivery service, my mirror weighs 34kgs and the very lovely delivery man carried it up stairs for me. Thank you.

Our order arrived as we expected, subject to a short delay while they sourced the product. However, their customer service was helpful and kept us informed of the timescales, and so we can have no complaint.

Delivery itself was hassle-free.

Ordered a 3d mirror on 29th Dec and it arrived within a week. It looks amazing, great quality and the perfect look for my new lounge. I love it, would deff recommend. Thank you so much for a great service

Fantastic customer service & excellent value for money from start to end. My mirror arrived today extremely well packed. I received a couple of updates from Exclusive Mirrors; the first telling me that my mirror would be arriving from manfacturing into the despatch warehouse the following week and that I would hear from the despatch office with a furher update. Sure enough yesterday I received an update telling me that my order was being despatched with an overnight courier (the name, number and consignment number were all provided without me having to ask for any of those details). Today I was able to track my delivery online & could see how many deliveries were ahead of mine and what the estimate delivery time was.
The icing on the cake is that I love my ornate mantel-piece mirror - it looks amazing in my lounge & arrived in pristine condition. Thank you. Five stars!

Ordered a mirror which came just at the end of the 28 day delivery service they state. The picture on the website looked good that's why I ordered the mirror I ordered. When it came we were truly blown away. The quality and design of the detail in it is amazing.

Just want to say that we are absolutely delighted with the mirror we obtained from Exclusive Mirrors. We had originally ordered the same mirror from a different supplier at a considerably higher price only to find out that the wooden frame was noticeably warped. Although our money was refunded we really liked the design of it and thankfully Exclusive Mirrors came to the rescue. Many thanks!

After seeing some negative comments I was a little dubious but they had the big mirror I wanted. I needn't of worried. The mirror arrived on time. Absolutely fantastic. Good communication with the company very nice lady in the office. Would definitely recommend and I will be using this company again

A fantastic company. They replaced a damaged mirror that was way over the normal returns policy without murmur, and replaced it within the stated time. They also arranged to take away the damaged one. I should have checked the original one better (I was going through a personal trauma at the time) but they believed me and were amazing. The replacement mirror is fabulous and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic value and great service. I found this website while browsing for a new mirror and couldn't believe the prices..so ordered a mirror - still not sure whether the quality would match the price. But I wasn't disappointed, the mirror is exactly as shown on the website and looks absolutely beautiful I am delighted. Delivery came early too - with the driver phoning to let me know he was 10 minutes away! I would definitely recommend - great quality and fantastic prices

I have just had one of their leaner mirrors delivered, it was without any marks what so ever, and delivered dead on time. The mirror is of good quality, and was I think extremely good value for money. I would recommend them and their couriers to every body. Thanks Exclusive Mirrors.

Our interior designer recommended a circular mirror with a black surround - costing £760! I Googled and found a very near equivalent at Exclusive Mirrors for less than half that price. It's hanging on the wall now, and has been admired by visitors. Very happy.

Mirror arrived within days of the estimated delivery time. Absolutely delighted with the quality and it now looks stunning on the wall! Great value for money and can't fault the service! 10/10 from me!
