Who's bright idea was it to put the Post Office counter right next to the shop counter? No one knows which queue to stand in. The locals are furious with this idiocy. You have to walk all the way to the back of the shop to join the queue half the time, as opposed to before when the Post Office counter used to be in the farthest corner. You only needed to walk in and take a few steps to the left to wait in the usually long line. Now you've essentially merged two high demand queues into one. Well done #sarcasm.

If I wanted to get milk, bread, or newspapers? This is the LAST place I would go. People are only heading into here out of necessity and many aren't coming back after the experience. Go over the road, ask about the store in the local pub or just catch people in the street. They actively hate it. Your customers are travelling elsewhere. And don't even get me started on you leaving wine bottles and beer displays on the floor by the counters where there's heavy foot traffic, which I've heard from word of mouth that people have smashed by accident and gotten the brunt of what was a stupid decision in the first place.

At first I was thrilled to hear a Morrisons had opened on the high street, but I can't tell if you're actively trying to drive away customers or if you're really that inept with running this store. It's honestly beggar's belief. Unless some serious changes are made, I don't see this place lasting another year. Don't believe me? Look at the recent reviews.

Tried using the post office, wish I hadn't. They refused service for 20 minutes while the banking giot done.. at 2pm in the afternoon. The 2 staff were abrupt. And slow. Always a long queue here. Will use another branch next time.

Awful experience in this store - I visited on 5th October 21 to use the post office. I was ‘served’ by Katie - she was asking me a question regarding the addresses on my parcels that made no sense to me, so I asked ‘sorry I don’t understand’ to which she shouted, rolled her eyes and started shaking her head at me. I asked her why she was shaking her head and raising her voice at me - I just needed help. The other members of staff and customers were stood around speechless at what was happening to me. I hope she’s never like that with elderly customers - it’d be heartbreaking.
I was left shaking after the experience and will never go back into this store again because of this.
