I had a huge problem with a yodel / collect + delivery for best part of this week and a lady called Lindsey went above and beyond to sort this out for me today. Thank you.

Not a bad little shop, BUT getting an itemised till receipt or actually being able to see the till display would be a good idea.

Most argumentative staff and rude I've ever came across .allowing dogs into a food stall very hygienic I don't think .
Produce even past sell by dates on sale check your purchases carefully !!..and jn free produce Isle if buying bagged or preweighed fruit chk carefully ..as moldy and also I've had things with about 3 caterpillars in them shows the standards they buy from and take disgusting wouldn't ever go there again it's kept like a dump ..I have witnessed disabled people whom have to use buggies struggling to get up isles as all isles are blocked so no way for them to get around, and staff rude to these people and just stand and watch ..it is actually I understand by law that all people must be able to access stores no matter if able bodied or disabled !! I wouldn't feed my dog from there they also encourage all dogs in by givin away treats to them,I've seen that done also to a chap with an assistance dog ..on a buggy he was always gettin abused and shouted at by staff for knocking things over because all they want is cash not to follow laws and keep isles clear need to read about disability rights I think .very poor service atrocious infact a d rude what ever happened to customers right ?????

Absolutely disgusting store, fruit and veg is so routinely mouldy that staff don't even seem phased when you point it out to them. Also need to be careful when purchasing sandwiches, might find bugs or snails as an extra "garnish". One to avoid if they didn't have such a captive audience.

I have just been insulted in this store by a young girl serving she had short dark hair, glasses. I was on my way into work, I need to get a birthday present for a college, so a bottle of vodka, seemed to be an easy choice. This sales person said she could not serve alcohol until 8.30, fair enough I didn't know. But then she started to say that's why the store was quiet as there was a few alcoholics around here that come in store for ' birthday presents' .. bloody hell, some customer service that is !

Customer service is terrible, 1 till on and a queue, assistant served a friend then said till was not on. She then sat in corner. Prices are over the top.
