Boots

Today I went to boots to get a bottle of Christian Dior Savage Parfum went to pay and I was having a nightmare with my bank card so after I sorted it out and a Deal of Patients from a manager Called Stacey "The Star" , I managed to pay for it, then Stacey "The Star" Took me by Surprise and give me a free gift, Stacey really deserves the title of "The Star"👏👏👏👏

we spoke to an employee called Elena and she helped us so much she was so lovely! defo will come back to see her

I only wanted someone to show me how to get the boots app on my phone (trying to be in the 21st century)but a wonderful assistant named Millie took the time to take me to one side and put the app on my phone for me and made me feel a very valued customer, thankyou millie

Very large store with lovely, friendly staff. A nice shopping experience!

Like most Boots these days, there never seems to be enough staff around. The ones you do see are running around like headless chickens. If you do manage to engage in conversation, they seem friendly and helpful.

Huge store but unfortunately there wasn't anywhere near enough staff. I'm not joking when I say there must have been a total of two employees, both of which were on the checkouts and the obvious, a security guard who would not have been expected to be of any use other than to do his patrol around the store. I would highly recommend against going there, save yourself the hassle and go to another branch

I usually shop here , even the stuff you get in tesco cheaper , I.e. baby food etc . Due to the fact it is close to my office and I do it on my break time. Now they removed the people from the till and you have to scan by yourself . Especially when you buy 30 or 40 items .today I had about 30+ items . Went to the till and when I see I need to scan them myself I left all the items there and left the shop . This will be the last time to Boots. Not me scanning 40 items myself Mr. CEO of boots , I don’t have time for it . Put the people on the till I will back may be . So I went to Tesco I bought baby food for 0.75p in boots it is £1.00 . Tesco staff scan my items and I pay less . Also there are many people mentioned about the security guards . They make you feel like you are a thief. So uncomfortable.

Terrible costumer service, the young man at the checkout tills was extremely rude, he was aggressively handling the baskets and the items that I was trying to check out, I asked for some help with an advantage card, he was extremely rude and unhelpful, very poorly trained, he told me that he couldn’t help me with anything and I should move to the side and sort out the advantage card. I don’t know if it was his first day or he just wasn’t in the mood for working in costumer service, his attitude was disgusting, I was being polite as you never know what people go through but at the end of the day his personal issues shouldn’t be projected onto costumers, I genuinely felt uncomfortable to the point where I was debating wether I actually wanted the items that I had picked up or not,I didn’t manage to get his name, but he was working on 27/02/24 at around 16:15-16:25.

Security guard made me feel very uncomfortable, he followed me around the store and watched me picking up items. When I left the store he asked where the products I picked up were?? (I had changed my mind and put them back!) so to me, that was him implying I had stolen them. No apology for making me feel so uncomfortable and humiliated in front of my 4 year old son or other shoppers. Customers are entitled to change their minds. It doesn’t mean they have stollen anything. In all fairness the manager I spoke to was very sorry that I had experienced such poor customer service from their security team. I won’t be going back!!

Ridiculously slow.....1 person on the till going so unbelievably slow and a couple on the floor not really doing anything, this could possibly be the worst boots I have a visited!! At least 3 people walked out as they could not wait any longer!!!

Avoid this catastrophy of a store at all cost, Horrible management, barely any staff and its obvious that staff members are overworked, with managers rarely seen, and when they do decide to show up, they exude a very rude attitude.

Need to wait to long to be served in parfum section. I was first but other customers were served before me.
