Just want to give Liam at mallard road store a good review. Liam was very helpful kind to my son who struggling to sign in on his Nintendo switch and Liam was helping and he was very patient. Simply he was a real gentleman. Thank you Liam and keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Amazing service and staff...

I bought a toy set for my sons 2nd birthday and there was an issue with it. Craig and the team were exceptional in getting it replaced and went to extreme lengths to help.

I would highly recommend this store and I will certainly be using them from now on.

Huge toy store with a massive selection of toys - great for being able to buy presents for my nephews! Great customer service too - recently it was one of my nephews 4th birthday and I'd bought one of the transformer toys he wanted, not knowing that someone else had already purchased it. I was able to quickly return and swap the model for another one, without any fuss - helpful and friendly staff assisted me in ensuring my nephew had a great present!

Helpful staff and so much choice! I saw so many Christmas present ideas just by wandering round the store! Really helped with thinking of gifts for my son!

We visited the shop today lunchtime . Received absolutely brilliant service from the store duty manager. He gave us very useful advice regarding car seats and the helmet for our daughter. Professional, polite and very knowledgeable.

I have to give this 5 stars as my kids love it.

On a serious note. When you compare this to the other well known large toy store they are not in the same league. Not this one and the Toys r us in Poole anyway.

The staff here are friendly and helpful and seem to actually care about you as a customer. Toys r us is the complete opposite. Need a large you store. Come to this one.

Visited a few times to get info on childrens carseats as I have 4 yr old grandchild. Sarah sales has always been very efficient and extremely helpful to us and we have bought 3 carseats from her. We feel that u can trust her advice and we look for her when we come into the shop. She is an asset to the bournemouth store.

Amazing selection of toys.

Just purchased a car seat for my son and I was totally confused as to which one to get. The member of staff Stephen was so extremely helpful and pointed out pros and cons of different seats. He even came out to my car to make sure it would absolutely fit and be safe. While waiting for the chosen car seat to be collected from the warehouse and taken to the till another member of staff aproached us to make sure we were ok and were being helped. I can not recommend this store enough. Well done Smyths

This toy shop has a great selection of toys, Lego, console and just loads more, it has so much to look around and you'll always find yourself holding onto lots of items then reviewing if you really need them, the answer is yes, you really really need them!

The store has some good events for kids on, there was a Thomas the tank engine one last year, set up out the front where kids could go in and have a play and get an activity pack at the end, there was also a Lego event before that.

Huge lively toy store with floor to ceiling toys. You'll definitely find what you need

I'm sorry but my visit was just absolutely terrible. How on earth do you expect me to buy all of those toys you sell? There are just too many. It's not fair,

Lego, Star Wars, Xbox.....the list is endless. I think you should have a try before you buy scheme so I can bring my son down and play and play and play.

The lovely lady who served me on Tuesday made everything calm and OK though.......I waited until I got back to the car before I got upset and stamped my feet.

It's the kids toy shop that adults don't mind visiting. Always a warm welcome here, one particular member of staff even remembers our children.
A large selection of toys and games for all ages, worth coming here first over the other large children's retailers.

Had to return an item that turned out to be absolute toot for the money. The member of staff was understanding and helpful. You can't ask for more than that. Plus the selection of toys is pretty decent.

Visited this store today to buy a buggy for my grand daughter. Very helpful staff, even helped me out to my car with all of my purchases. Very wide selection to choose from, all reasonably priced.

Best toy shop in the area, has just about anything you are likely to want.
