I live nearby so pop in often. Over the many years I have witnessed very unique customers (not in a good way) and the staff have always kept their cool and been as polite as possible. All staff are great and have a sense of humor, the young lady who works there is exceptional, is always so chatty and so polite to all customers

Staff always seem miserable

Not attentive, scruffy and basically no retail skills whatsoever. Bad training obviously. Shame prices are reasonable.

Cramped, out of date, horrible old hag that runs it, go shop at Morrisons, even if you have to pay extra

Everytime I walk in that shop all I want to do is gag and walk out as soon as possible. I am sorry to use such an expression but I cannot find any other words. The store is smelly with alcohol, dirt and sweat, staff isn't looking presentable like they do not take care of their hygiene. Dirty clothes and hands... This needs to be taken care of...

Horrible and very rude staff
