O2 Shop Slough

Came in for an upgrade and was greeted by this lovely young man called aziz. He was very informative and helpful. He helped me choose the perfect phone for me. The store looked amazing and all the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend o2 to all my friends and relatives!

The staff , manager Adnam and his assistant Will, were both patient and brilliant in helping me with my issue. They were helpful and friendly and very professional in resolving my problem , and made me so happy that I had made the right choice in moving my account to O2.

Went in for a repair.
Got help and advice from Liam and ended up getting an upgrade which I didn't know was due.
He was extremely helpful and gave excellent customer service, the best service I have received in a long time visiting my local 02 shop.
Thank you for all your help today we appreciate it. 😊 I will be back soon to get a tablet for my son.

Tried contacting this store several times to ask if they had an e sim but the phone kept ringing, someone picks up and then gets disconnected. O2 either update your number or your staff should answer properly. 1🌟
UPDATE: After waiting days for O2 to sort out an ESim by post (which still hasn't arrived). Went to the Slough store as the Uxbridge store didn't have any 😫 and told us to contact customer service. Wanted to cancel contract at this point.
Anyway, the service by the young man in Slough completely changed everything and within 5 minutes everything was done! He apologised for the phone not being answered, and ESim was up and running. He deserves 5🌟

Went in today for an upgrade. Imsal is a real credit to the store, she was very helpful and professional - excellent customer service!

Liam was fantastic, really helpful and very friendly. Walked out with everything I needed! Excellent service!

Visited the store today to get a issue resolved which was supposed to be done over 2 months ago and a very helpful young lady went out her way to solve this.. provided very excellent service and got the situation solved...she deserves a pay rise and a bonus.. thank you.👌

Fantastic just interested of upgrading phone but after good information by sales tech but did advise to sim only deal for a year on a great deal until i decide what to do in the future

Visited here on Thursday 29th October 2020. Went with my daughter to buy her an iPhone. We were met by Leszek.

Our experience from start to finish was FIVE STARS!

Leszek was absolutely amazing!

He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helped my daughter find the right iPhone to purchase.

In the end, my daughter decided on an iPhone 11, Leszek set it up for her in shop. I have been an O2 customer for over 15 years precisely for this reason.

The shop assistants here are great - very helpful and don't try to persuade you to buy something you don't want, once you've made your decision. Very positive experience. :)

As an O2 Employee, the guys at this store are still very helpful and friendly, only visited twice and some of them even recognise me!
